“I have not received my recent purchase yet, however I look forward to receiving it. This is because I've been very satisfied with previous shirts that I've bought. The shirts are well stitched, the quality of cotton is good, I have washed dried and ironed them and they have not shrunk, they wear well. More importantly the designs are unique and look good on formal or casual occasions. I love the hidden button down collars, the comfortable it and well positioned buttons. So far I've been very satisfied with the shirts I have bought.”

“They sent the wrong size shirt which I returned and they collected but 1 month later no replacement. No response to emails or phone calls for update. I suggest you avoid dealing with this company.”

“We ordered from this company for the first time. The shirt was of lovely quality but the size was considerably too small. We therefore returned the shirt, despite two phone calls and two emails we have not received a refund. You have to pay your own postage costs for any returns and having waited almost three weeks no refund has been processed. I would not recommend”

“I was sent the wrong size shirt which left me in a mess for a special occasion gift. I emailed to resolve the issue, received no reply!! So needless to say I am extremely disappointed.”

“Wont use them again Given a tracking number that post office didnt recognise and when i emailed them to question delivery didnt even get an answer !!!!!! Very poor customer service in fact NO customer service”

“Service on supply and delivery very good. However no response from my email regarding having to pay postage nor a reduction on price for joining The Shirt Store news letter. The postage code was submitted code for subscribing to the news letter was not supplied until after order was placed.”

“My order (£90) was cancelled twice after paying with no explanation. I've sent two emails asking why and got no answer. I guessed that happens because I've put my company address and made a third order and paid immeadiatly again. This time the order was confirmed. Because of paying and getting refunded a few times I lost about £15 due to bank and paypal fees for sending and refunding. No communication at all, that's a very poor service for me.”
