Very good quality, shame size didn't fit my partner.. They gave me an inmediate refund (same day) Fantastic service! I will buy from them again, now making sure I get the right size. This is a verified purchase.

I ordered a T-Shirt from that site and the delivery after 9 days still not here. I emailed and nothing not any response at all to what’s happening with my delivery. I also email for a refund still not an answer. Good way to spend 200€ Thank you very much!!!

Unfortunately, my parcel was misplaced in transit and I did not receive it as promised. Although this was disappointing, the customer service team did issue a full refund as the item was no longer in stock. Whilst I appreciate the quick resolution, I hope future orders will be managed better to avoid such issues.

I paid for before noon next day delivery. It didn’t arrive until 6pm, which was too late. At the time of purchase, I sent an email explaining this purchase was an urgent replacement jacket for a groom to wear 2 days later, I received no reply. I emailed again, after the late delivery, to say I was returning jacket and requested return of the extra delivery charge - once again no reply! Fortunately after the purchase something told me to check reviews, I did! This made me order a second jacket from another company in Ireland and they managed to get it to me by 9am on the required morning.

Refusal to respond to my queries about my refund, refusing to pay the refund back even though i have proof of it being signed for upon return, 11 days after you reveived it and still no refund and 4 messages ignored
