“The package was dispatched extremely quickly. It is a Christmas present so not yet tried and tested, but looks good quality. Just hope it fits!”

“I ordered a shirt, there was an offer for free delivery if you spend more than £30. Still, I was charged £3.99 delivery cost. There was another offer to spend another £1 to get 15% off. That wasn't true either. This is very poor practice.”

“Ordered an item on the 27th November 2020 with standard delivery which was stated as 3-5 days. It's now the 10th December and no sign of it despite them saying its been despatched and should be with me soon. I've followed this up again and asked for a tracking number and I've had no reply. I do hope I will receive it as it was a gift for my husband (albeit that it will now be late). Never shopped with them before. Not great service. Probably won't shop with them again! I can't comment on who delivered or condition as I am still waiting for it to arrive.”

“Dropship company - wasted my time. Placed an order, they took the money. 2 weeks later I get an email saying supplier usually ships direct but is out of stock. Issued refund. If I had known they carried no stock and were going to mess me about, I'd have ordered elsewhere. As it is, we are 2 weeks down the line and I am back to the start. Thanks for nothing”
