“You get 5 stars because I think you’re amazing, but I think you can do better too. I want to see starter packs appearing when I search “pico wh starter pack” options including and not including the pico itself. Also I feel the documentation is tricky to search and could be easier, finding the getting started resources are tricky, you guys can improve this and continue to shine, regardless you’re doing an amazing job, thank you for offering this to the world, it truly is stunning.”

“Just getting to grips with the device but from a physical standpoint the device feels nice to use and the scroll dial feels very good. The LED ring is excellent for feedback and the Audio out socket is a perfect addition. Very happy overall, lots to look forward too and it's a tinkerers delight! Yes buy one!”

“First time i purchased from here plenty of products to choose from. Really wanted to purchase a CM5, case, and specific board to start on a project but was out of stock for some time so unfortunately going to have to source those parts from somewhere else, but everything else i ordered the process went smoothly from ordering to getting delivered. Would deffo purchase from here again though!”

“Sadly not a good experience, I placed an initial order on a Saturday and quickly realised, after some discussion, that I needed further components. I sent an email immediately asking to add additional parts and was stonewalled. No chance of increasing the order the only option was to return the initial order. I ended up for paying postage twice for two sets of items that arrived on the same day. Despite your small print was this good customer service - NO”

“The Miniware TS 21 is a great bit of kit. But I did get a bit confused with the reqirement for a power supply. You do recommend a 65W PD USB C Power Source. But the description also goes on to say that it could be powered from 'a laptop, power bank or car charger'. I assumed from this that it would work from my 15W Belkin power bank (maybe a bit slower to heat). In fact when the T21 arrived it became clear that a min power of 20W is required. I considered buying the 65W Power Source on your website but then discovered that I would also need a USB C to C capable of handling 65W. You don't appear to stock such a cable. Elsewhere I discovered the price for this type of cable could be around £30. This would mean a total additional (unexpected) outlay of £70. I eventually found a 100W Anker power supply with included PD Cable for around £30. I've now used the T21 and it's great. I accept that I should probably have been more aware of what is meant by a PD supply. But maybe include in the description that a power supply with a min power of 20W and a suitable cable are required. Finally - as someone who has not done any soldering for a very long time, I managed some quite fiddly soldering on a PCB. So very happy.”

“Ordered a Pi 5 as a kit with SD card already set up. Arrived in very quickly, 2 days later, Royal Mail. The kit was very easy to assemble and get operational. If I have 2 possible minor improvements, would have been nice to have the MAC address(es) printed somewhere (maybe I missed it) in order to add to the network in advance as well as a link/guide for headless set up as both of those would have saved a bit of time.”
