“Easy to find what I needed and simple to checkout. All items speedily delivered and in perfect condition on arrival. My only minor complaint is that the site allowed me to add items to my basket that were apparently out of stock. It would be handy to have an option to checkout with only what is available instead of erroring and making me manually find and update my basket.”

“Purchased a RPi Keyboard, Mouse, Enclosure and micro HDMI cable which arrived promptly and in good order. Unfortunately, good as they are, they just proved the point that my RPi 4 from eBay was a dud ie the claimed micro SD card fault turns out to be a major problem with power on the RPi board ie there's none!! Otherwise a good purchase, all I now need is a NEW RPi 4 8GB!!!”

“The user interface and easiness to surf around searching products was completely fine. It would be great to have a tracking feature for the order without spending extra. I mean if we order something it don't we have the right to know where it is and how it's progressing? Otherwise a very good websjte for electronics enthusiast.”

“My Pi Zero WH and case arrived quickly and are as expected, though the Pi Zero was loose in the box next to an empty (not sealed) anti static bag, which was a little disappointing and worrying as the pins can be fragile.”

“The Watchy kit I bought was a bit fiddly to put together but not beyond someone with a pair of tweezers and a steady hand. The main problem has been finding out how to download software to allow one to make use of the additional functionality in the watch. It really needs a comprehensive 'How to' guide as a PDF”

“First time using this site. Prices are slightly higher than other sites like Kunkune for example but the service, as of today when I made an order through Kunkune to see which one is better. Delivery from PiHut was received in two days instead of the next day as promised but I was out for a short while during the delivery window, so it could have been my fault. All and all, I am happy.”

“Stuff arrived fast and is good quality. However the box wasn't actually sealed shut, so my stuff could have fallen out or got stolen. But odd but all good in the end. Get some sellotape;)”

“Not entirely happy. My Pi Zero WH arrived in a box, no protection in the box just rattling around. It wasn't even in the anti-static bag that was also in the box. Maybe in future you could stick put them in the anti-static bad and stick it down so they stay in, also a bit of bubble wrap would be better than nothing. Thankfully the Pi seems to work OK.”
