“Somewhat hard to navigate site to find the items I was looking for. And descriptions are a bit lacking. I didn't have any postage option so it worked out quite expensive being 24 hour tracked delivery. I was in no rush so would of preferred a cheaper posting option. It took 5 day to arrive even with that service, so bit of a waste of money. It would also be helpful if the packaging for the small items such as buttons are labeled when delivered. I ordered different button types, but as they all look the same it was difficult to tell which ones were which.”

“I received my items in the U.S. and everything appears to be ok. Shipping did take just a bit longer than anticipated, but that's not PiHut's fault, as they did pass the package off to the carrier quickly. One suggestion I would like to make is to add at least a little padding in the box along with the items. It was a little disappointing to find my new Pi3 and power supply banging around loose in a box for an international shipment. Even a crumpled-up piece of newspaper would have been a welcome addition to offer a little protection.”
