“4* for continuing to sell products in restraint at RRP levels. -1* for not making clear when your shipping cut off time is. I paid next day but you didn't dispatch until the next day, so it took 2 days. If prices on Amazon get back to normal I would opt for superior dispatch.”

“The experience was really good. I ordered a 5" 800x480 display and a Pi4 5.1V 3A power supply. I wasn't expecting the delivery to be quite so fast - I placed my order late on Sunday evening and the package arrived, safe and sound on Tuesday. The only reason I am giving this a 4* review is that the power supply delivered was a Raspberry PI 5.1V 2.5A device. The screen is installed on a trusty PI 3 ready for a demo early next week.”

“My son loves his new Raspberry Pi 4 8GB and the setup has gone very well. Good delivery and service from the Pi Hut. Only issue has been the casing, the gap for the SD card isn’t aligned properly and it’s impossible to use the case with the SD card inserted. We may need to buy a new case or try to cut the hole bigger.”

“Would be 5 stars on speedy shipping and customer support. However, the product offering could be improved. Got the Raspberry Pi 8GB kit instead of a standalone board, since the board is not in stock. I would much prefer a black/gray case and a US plug, but was told it's not possible to customize the kit. But the kit is not bundled in a pre-packed box and rather shipped in individual parts.”

“Good product selection, good stock levels, and prompt delivery. The only downside for me was the delivery charge. For small items, even the minimum delivery cost is a large overhead.”

“At first I had difficulty getting the sensor to work, but then I found the sensortec bsec2 github and all fell into place. Overall 7/10. There should be more information about the product for people who aren't as well versed in sensors and electronics.”

“Good quality products, easy to order and rapid delivery. My only criticism is that there we no instructions with the Pirelay6 - information on the relay to GPIO pin allocations would have saved me from visiting the website. Apart from that, all good!”

“Product was fine. Tracks were too long so had to use a small screwdriver to push the pins through the links in the tracks. Instructions were wrong and had clearly not been checked as they didn't match with what Pi Hut had advertised. I didn't get what was on the instructions, but I did get what Pi Hut advertised.”

“I received my Raspberry Pi 4 Model B Starter Kit 4GB / UK on time and all appeared to be well. However, when I used the starter kit for the first time, the HDMI/Micro HDMI cable failed. The metal shell around the Micro HDMI connector came away when I disconnected it from the Raspberry Pi board. I ordered a new one from Amazon (Amazon Basics) and that has worked fine to date. Perhaps Pi Hut needs to review its quality control procedures.”
