Good delivery and the product I ordered but came with no instruction - not even a few clues. Still not working but yet to modify config files so could be OK.

Good choice of products, quite cheap, a lot of informations on the website, easy to navigate through the e-shop. I haven't recieved my package yet, (order from 3.5.2021, Czech Republic)

The wrong item was supplied. Getting a refund was contingent on the return and receipt back at the supplier of the wrong item. Only then was the item refunded, even though I had not been at fault.

The ordering experience and shipping time was all fine but the t-shirt I ordered was a huge disappointment. I most likely will not be able to wear it. All of my shirts are XL so that's what I ordered. The proportions all seem way off which makes me think the shirt is bad quality. The width of the shirt seems fine for XL but it's way too short and it uncovers me if I put my arms up half way. The sleeves are also way too tight around my biceps and feel as though they were made for a medium size.

Its a shame we need to pay 40 euro extra cause of Brexit. (Last time ordering here) Overal the shipping is fast and the items are HQ

So I ordered the trellis along with a couple of items for a project. I forgot the silicone buttons so placed a 2nd order right after and messaged the team apologising but to ask if the postage could be combined. I was told no at this point due to orders being processed separately in a big warehouse. My expectation was that making a separate purchase and the scope of the warehouse that the items would come separately as this is what I was advised. The items arrived all together (within good time) but I was left a bit miffed by this as I had done all I could to avoid being charged extra postage for the orders I hoped could be shipped all together. I know this is a small matter but I also know that it's with in the scope of customer services to meet my expectations and offer that extra postage charge either as a refund or credit towards my next purchase. I look forward to hearing from you. Martin.

After 9 days the order had not arrived. I then requested and was granted a full shipping refund. Unfortunately, to date, the item has still not arrived and has therefore placed my clients project under duress. With 2 days left until the delivery date for my clients project, I have had to make other plans and fund additional hardware. As a small company, these delays place unacceptable stresses on our Finances. I find the shipping rates from UK to Jersey are very high and as proven by my most resent experience, unreliable at best. I will therefore think very long and hard before placing another order with your company until such time as your shipping has been sorted out

Item was very badly packaged and the ribbon came damaged, rather than sending out a new ribbon I had to return the item first, which destroyed my plans so I just had it refunded - won’t order from them again

Als heute die Nachfrage kam, wie denn das Einkaufserlebnis war, war für den Zeitpunkt festzuhalten, dass ich volle 20 Tage nach Bestellung das Gerät (Raspberry Pi 4) noch nicht erhalten hatte. Sehr, sehr lange Zeit, dafür dass 4 bis 8 Tage für die Standard-Zustellung vorgesehen sind. Natürlich haben wir Corona, aber wir liegen bei Faktor 2,5 für die Lieferzeit von UK nach Deutschland. Weiteres Problem: Der Zoll hat die Packung geöffnet und sowohl den eigentlichen Umkarton als auch die Pi-Box zerrissen. Der als Geschenk Pi kann so auf gar keinen Fall weitergegeben werden. Sieht schlimm aus. Und das Beste: Für Zoll und Inkasso der Post durfte ich für meine Bestellung von rund 40 Pfund (^~ 50 Euro) auch noch 13,48 Euro nachzahlen. Das sind mehr als 25% nachträglicher Aufschlag. - Ich denke, ich werde so schnell nicht wieder in the United Kingdom was kaufen; ist halt nicht mehr EU, dauert zu lang und ist zu teuer. Ich hoffe, ihr versteht das.

Ordered a wrong item due to an incorrect description on the product page (which they still have not corrected). Return was easy and they accepted it even though I had cut off the plug, however they refused to reserve the correct item that I needed as a replacement and when they received the return they were sold out, forcing me to start over with another supplier, the whole situation delaying my project by many days. The new supplier is now my go to shop instead of Pi Hut

Hi My order number was/is 638524 and was for an "Upgraded Arducam Arm", its is not functional, the bottom servo jitters badly and would break the camera. I have written to Arducam, I have had one reply saying that they would look into the issue. They agreed, given the testing I did at this end, that there was a problem with bottom servo or possibly the board. That was on the 18th. The top servo work just fine. At this point the unit is not fit for purpose, I dont hold out any hopes of it being fixed. The current unit is fitted to a RPI3B+

Unfortunatly the screen surround did not fit my touch screen which although the same size was fitted with the pi fixing 90 Deg out. I tried to modify but still no good.

none of the Pico's arrived worked and seemed to be all DOA :-( Given they were not that expensive, it was not worth "complaining" about. So I am still generally happy with PiHut and will not have this one order judge my opinion, but this one specific order with just the Pico's was poor.

Delivery address and Home address were cocked up on Order entry for some reason - either RYFM or screen layout? Not able to make contact in any way to put matters right. Goods shipped to wrong address as a result. Extra costs and delays. Not a good experience.

I am still waiting, tick tock - tick tock. I now sleep next to the mailbox in hopes the mailman will awaken me with my package of pico goodies. Until that day I will slumber away here on the cold ground with dreams of yet to come raspberry pi fun running thru my head. P.M.

The new pico board totally messed up. What happens when boot, main and others are garbled. Instructions always assume everything goes well. Much prefer PyBoard or Arduino Nano.
