Item arrived previously opened. Not surprised when it didn't work. Refund can take up to 10 days when debit is instantaneous?

Ordered Sunday, wasnt dispatched until Tuesday, when I asked why I was reffered to the small print about delays when new product launches were happening, how is the customer supposed to know when there is a new product launch going on?! I needed the product for the Friday so plenty of time, when I submitted a ticket to say it hadnt arrived, rather than provide a solution (like sending another for next day delivery) I just got a "it should be there soon" type responce. It arrived the following Tuesday, so 9 days after ordering it and 4 days after when I needed it for so sent it back for a refund, so now £4 out of pocket from the experience. Im sure the argument is that they cant be accountable for the postal service they choose to use..but why should I. There were other options for them to get what I wanted on time but they chose not to explore those options.

Can't fault them for the range they carry. Sadly I ordered a small cable for £3 and it ended up costing and additional £3.90 for P&P. This is ridiculous. They need to take this into account. In this day and age charging this kind of postage is criminal.

My fault that I mistakenly ordered the wrong item, however I immediately tried to cancel the order only to be told that I would have to receive the item then pay £10 to return it. That is disgusting. I don't mind paying for the return postage but £10 is simply extortionate and unreasonable! I used to think this was a good company but not anymore.

I ordered a raspberry pi 5 kit for my son which was supplied with a faulty microsd card. But rather than just sending out a new replacement one, you asked to send back the faulty item first before replacing. He’s pretty disappointed and I’ve ended up buying another card. Plenty of other retailers would have replaced it - and charged me retrospectively if it hadn’t been returned.

All of the items worked except one, the 18650 2 battery holder doesn’t work properly. It doesn’t output any voltage, the light doesn’t turn on when I turn it on. Charged it and still no lights come on when I press on. No voltage output , nothing. But everything else was good. Left a support ticket on the 18650 2 battery holder, so still waiting to hear back from that. Purchased a few things from here in the past , so was surprised when the battery holder didn’t work, maybe it’s a faulty one. Thank you

These ESP32-C3 Zeros have very bad Wi-Fi. Had to add an antenna so get the weakest is signals. Thought Pi hut would have better products than AliExpress

I wish I was writing a good review. However, my order placed almost a week ago has not arrived yet, and to make it worse, I have no idea whether it has been shipped or not. I don’t have a tracking number so there is no way to know where the item is. Slow shipping and no visibility of the status of the order, a shame.

Ordered a Starter kit with a raspberry pi 5 . Unfortunately it arrived with a raspberry pi 4 . Contacted the help desk, who asked me to return it . I am still waiting for the correct sec to be delivered.

I always have to pay additional custom charges when purchasing from pihut. This is charged by the delivery company before delivering the product. This is the second time it has happened. So the product price has essentially increased by about 25% by the time I received it. This should be factored when the price cart is shown so we can make informed decisions

Despatched to me despite requesting to cancel and order somethign more expensive minutes after ordering, granted thanks to my own mistake. Very little help, and have to spend money returing it. Will order from other places now thanks to poor customer support.

Ordered a Pi5 but on arrival found the quality of the red & white case flimsy and the top cover although intact with all latches in place found it loose and continually dropping off when handled. I also ordered at the same time an active cooler but found this impossible to fit. The blue rubber heat patches were already adhered to the cooler but were incorrectly placed according to the handbook and UTube. I unfortunatly damaged them on re-positioning. Although it has been some years since last dealing with PiHut with no problems, I put this partly down now to my age but undaunted have ordered a replacement black aluminium case and heatsink fan and look forward to using it.

I cannot believe the hassle, yes hassle over a £4.80 Rasberry Pi case that was delivered damaged and faulty. Firstly, a simple telephone should have resolved it, but like most companies nowadays the PiHut do not have a telephone number (or one available to customers) meaning a ticket had to be raised and submitted. Yes, the PiHut did respond the next day but then required detailed photographic evidence from multiple angles which then had to be reviewed and agreed that YES, it was damaged, faulty and not fit for purpose. To "add insult to injury", I had to then parcel it up and return it for visual inspection and am still awaiting a replacement. Clearly, the PiHut either doesn't trust their customers or they are desperate for £4.80 (obviously didn't cost them that) so therefore makes all of the above even more ridiculous.

Their order cancellation process is just, "No." A bit crazy. If you place an order on accident and try to cancel it minutes later they will just respond that that is impossible and try to ship the item anyway. I had to go trough my payment processor to stop the order. What an antiquated policy for an internet retailer in 2024.

Unfornutnately the notice of the pan-tilt was not up to date neither the read me file of the software. Was this pan-tilt an old one ? And the pan-tilt is very very twiggy. I am disappointed you choice this thing, it is not even à toy !
