The page on the Pi Zero 2 is very confusing as it uses Pi Zero 2 and Pi Zero 2 W interchangeably throughout (https://thepihut.com/collections/latest-raspberry-pi-products/products/raspberry-pi-zero-2). I wanted a wifi enabled Zero 2 but have no idea if what I have ordered is or not. Not promising.

I received the USB sound adaptor believing it would plug in and work - like you ad says it will - but it hasn't and I'm waiting for a technician to contact me. So delivery great but doesn't meet my expectation!!

I’m disappointed that I could not pay with Klarna dispite it’s an option. And it’s the second time it happens. Now I used Paypal but I prefer Klarna so I won’t buy anything moore until it works. Futhermore I have not got any delivery yet so it’s a bit early to ask.

Not a great first experience to be honest. Bug on the site meant I ended up with the wrong colour heat sinks and even though I mailed pihut prior to dispatch to make them aware of their error, they sent them anyway.

For a UK delivery, the Royal Mail delivery took ages, so long i raised a support ticket, and then again 2 or 3 days later. 5 days after that it arrived. Somerset must be very rural! Must have been 2 or 3 weeks in the end. The case is nice. It would be better if the gpio extender didn’t have a gap but was a flush fit. I left the gap at the wrong end and spent ages wondering why tvheadend wouldn’t see any channels. Getting it to work with a TV hat. Yes, it does but… Ho hmm.. i wanted to be able to ssh in and webmin to manage thepi. You can run kodi on top but it kindof swaps the graphics bits and makes be very fragile if rebooted at the wrong point. The sound switch between hdmi and av port fragile - usually out of the av port even though it was supposed to be hdmi. Putting a tv headend client on top of this is possible, but there is little or no information on how to do it. The television, once it detected the hdmiport was fine, but often it would know a raspberry was there, but display nothing. Zilch, not even the text or flash screen on boot. I have had it going with libelec, but even that the Tv eventually didn’t have a powerful enough hdmi signal from the pi 4. Problem with libelec was the usb disk - on reboot it knew it was there, but wasn’t mounted properly; unplugging it and plugging it in again solved the issue. I would have to say although it can work, its a lot of effort

Hello Team, I am sorry to inform you, but sadly the only pleasant experience I had in this order was browsing the list of items you have on the webpage and spending the money (yes, I am weird like that). After pressing the button to place the order, everything went down the drain: I still don't have the items, the tracking number showed the items in the depo of the delivery service for weeks and if I try to call them, my call is handled by a pre-programmed IVR telling me that the item has been processed 10+ days ago and it was delivered. I know this isn't your fault but the order was placed weeks ago to allow a buffer zone for eventual issues with the delivery, but this is getting ridiculous and sadly I cannot get through to anyone to request the fixing of the issue. Your item was ordered for a project for which I took special holidays to be able to focus fully on the task, but it feels these plans can be thrown out the window. To summarize the whole experience, it is horrible, even if I know that the delay in the order is not directly your fault (sadly that doesn't bring back the days I spent for holidays). The order was placed on the 26th of July. I am really sorry that I cannot give you 5 stars for this, it feels like you guys are victims in this as well, because of the incompetence of the someone else. Best regards, Zoltán Kovács

TV Hat Case: The spacers between the Pi & hat boards were too long, preventing the pins from fully engaging. I used the spacers from the TV Hat instead, but his resulted in the screws being too short to hold the top of the case on!! Until I can source screws of the correct size, I have had to use tape to hold it together. More attention to sizing please!

I ordered with an estimated 4-7 days of delivery, but almost a month has passed. When I contacted the shipping company after 3 weeks, about the package, they told me it was not proceding as usual, and asked me to contact The Pi Hut for inquiry into the package. However, when I contacted TPH, they told me to wait a week more and get in touch if it stilll hadn’t arrived by then. I understand The Pi Hut are not themselves responsible for everything that happens after shipping, and the delay is out of their reach. Still, as a seller, I expect that TPH assumes responsibility for the customer experience, and as such compensates hiccups and failures to meet their own promises of order delivery.

Sadly one of the two lithium battery chargers didn’t work at all.. and the second ‘gave up the ghost’ after a couple of days .. and even then the battery life of the recharged batteries was extremely short.. 4hrs for small candles- which isn’t long enough! Disappointed!

unfortunately the pi is not working there is no internet connection with the internet cable plugged into the pi and the SD card not working also
