“Very pleased to find a stockist of refills for Troika Construction pens, and at a reasonable price. Royal Mail were rather tardy in taking 4 days to deliver from Peterborough to Douglas but no reflection on the good service from PiHut.”

“Experience was good. Not a huge deal but I made two orders inside a few minutes of each other and it would be nice if you had grouped my orders into one order instead so that I didn't have to pay postage twice”

“All good except the case, i've ordered this case ( https://thepihut.com/products/modular-raspberry-pi-4-case-black?variant=32323080945726 ) and on the 3rd image it showed it with a fan, i assumed that was part of the case, it is not, it is a separate product. Also for some reason my raspberry pi 4 did not fit the case correctly, it got in but it would sit sideways. I've tried inserting it inclining forward, backwards, sideways, nothing, even removed the led "mirror" because it was hitting it and still could not get it to get line with the holes.”

“Had a great experience shopping with the Pi Hut. The support is really trying to help out with issues from manufacturers. However, manufacturers are not always willing to update their documentation or driver even when it is not up to standards (not the Pi Hut responsibility but still a problem)”

“Pihut's website is mostly very clear and well laid out, although I did find some anomalies with search results that called for me to re-frame what should have been a clear & simple enough query. The buying process was smooth and clear too and, astonishingly, my order was placed around 3pm & delivered 12 o'clock next day. Bravo for that! My only complaint was I forgot to order one item & emailed them immediately (actually two gripes - they don't offer a phone number) to add the extra item to the box - to save postage. They said they couldn't do it as it was already packed. OK, but the box arrived - it had one piece of cellotape to break to get into it, and bags of room in the box. Loose a point for being so inflexible. Despite that, overall, I would recommend Pihut for all your Pi requisites!”

“Great! I placed an order and it was dispatched within 15 minutes and arrived the next day! The only thing I'm annoyed with is the packaging. I ordered a Christmas present for my fiancé, but he knows exactly what it is now because of the branding. Perhaps an option for discreet packaging for Christmas time may be beneficial?”
