“Order didn't arrive next day and the sd card didn't boot the PI and has since failed.”

“Everything sent was fine and has already been incorporated into a project. However, I did expect it a day sooner; I don't know when the order cut-off for same day despatch is (and therefore next day delivery) but I missed it, much to my frustration. I guess we've all been spoilt by Amazon. 😉”

“The pi4b arrived promptly, and I was able to set it up headless and have the Pi connect to my phone hotspot (2.4ghz). 5ghz does not work for me, even though I set up the country code when burning the SD card and also setting it in raspi-config. Also, no hardware acceleration in the Emby server for 64-bit PI OS. Disappointed that I cannot run two hard drives using the USB 3 ports without a powered hub.”

“I order the pi touchscreen display 2 7', pi 4, sd card with os and plug. They all arrived quickly, everything was working except the micro sd card pre loaded with rasp pi os, it didnt load anything. I check the sd card it had files in it but it did not load on multiple attempts. I solved the issue by deleting all the files and downloading the os from rasp pi downloads website, it booted the pi.”

“Breadboard is really low quality. Hard to insert pins. The bus bars don't even mine up. The rest is fine, Pico pi works and no issue with the components or cable.”

“The HDMI cable that came with my Zero 2 W kit doesn't fit properly when the Pi is in the case. So I either have to enlarge the case, or trim the plastic off the cable.”

“I found ordering rather difficult which resulted in my ordering the devices twice. I now have to send the duplicate items to you,when I find timw. We are a small charity purchasing raspberry Pi to run a free coding club. I am unlikely tobut from you online again”

“Item works out of the box and is a great piece of kit can't fault it. However all the. Outer box sleeve etc was all damaged in the corner like it had been dropped and landed said corner down. But luckily still worked out of the box.”

“The website showed that 2 types of memory were needed on a Raspberry Pi 5, however it only has one SD card socket, so can only do this if you get a USB adaptor or similar.”

“Royal Mail messed up the delivery. Package wouldn't fit through letterbox, so failed on day1. I arranged a redelivery on their webform for day3. They acknowleged this, then attempted to redeliver on day2. Which obviously failed. Their webform had no way of rearranging again. So I was in a Schrodinger state of whether another redelivery would be attempted on day3. I travelled down especially, just in case, and it was finally delivered. Not happy with them. Also cannot rearrange another address outside the stated postal code area, which, as a nationwide delivery service, is appalling.”

“The product I received varied from the product i ordered. An undocumented change by the supplier was given as the route cause for this. The team at PiHut (Billie and Jayde) handled the return and refund very quickly hence this isn't a one star review. I've shopped with the PiHut several times and this is the only occasion on which I have encountered an issue.”
