“"Evri" were next to useless! Kept changing delivery day and gave various time of delivery! Had to stay home for days! Then they did not attempt to contact me through our intercom system. Think you need to use a different courier!”

“Extremely fast delivery. I purchased a Pi 500 to create a retro 8 & 16 bit computer after owning serveral machines years ago. The Pi500 is brillant. The website lists contain loads of information on the products. Ordering from The PI Hut was so easy, offering Klarna payments is a big bonus especially when you want alot of kit at once and you can spread the cost. Top marks PiHut.”

“The PiHut website is a gem and easy to navigate. Service is good and shipping is quick. One suggestion: it wold be nice if items such as equipment cases and displayed space-taking dimensions. It is very easy to order items that won't fit inside a case or won't fit together.”

“Very quick shopping, good stock, quick support, and the best of all - option to choose Royal Mail instead of Evri for shipping! Shipping is not free but it's very reasonable and fast, and with the items priced competitively it's often still cheaper than other websites with free shipping. My go-to shop when I need the parts quickly and reliably. Thank you and keep up the good work!”

“No problems at all with the Pi Hut directly, however the parcel delivery provided by Evri was beyond poor - my Pi was left out in the open not out of view, and not under cover on a rainy day - when I did get the parcel it was sopping wet through, and it was pure luck that the Pi itself was not damaged by the rain. I'd recommend not selecting Evri as the delivery option to buyers, and to Pi Hut I'd suggest removing Evri as a delivery option to avoid the many future issues that will happen as a result of their couriers being forced to achieve unworkable delivery targets.”
