“Having recently been to the UK, where my son was introduced to Raspberry Pi’s, we are new converts. So much so, that on our return to Australia, we had to get additions to our setup. We bought the advent calendar kits. They were delivered within 10 days of the order being processed (delivered to Australia!) in fabulous condition. We are still to do all the projects, but they look like fun.”

“Their order cancellation process is just, "No." A bit crazy. If you place an order on accident and try to cancel it minutes later they will just respond that that is impossible and try to ship the item anyway. I had to go trough my payment processor to stop the order. What an antiquated policy for an internet retailer in 2024.”

“A great product but let down by DHL. The product should have arrived on Monday but didn't. Then got a message to collect the parcel on Tuesday, but the shop couldn't release it without a code. DHLs text messages did not include this code. Many hours of arguing later I eventually got the code & collected the product. Please change your delivery company, I wouldn't order again if you continue to use DHL. Paying extra for next day delivery & then not getting it due to the shipping company was a huge disappointment. Having to argue with a shopkeeper about releasing my package was just embarrassing.”

“Good communication and updates, arrived quickly by royal mail and everything looks correct and in working order, although I haven't yet tested it all. Something that bugs me when ordering components like these and is the same across all suppliers like The Pi Hut, is everything comes individually wrapped in plastic pouches. Is there not a solution to store these in bulk and then wrap them up safely in one bag per order, or do they come like this from the upstream suppliers?”

“Been buying from The Pi Hut for years. Professional and Personal - They've been my number one stop for anything Raspberry Pi related. Deliveries have been properly packaged, and on the rare occasion that the courier has mishandled a package, the team at Pi Hut have sorted it for me, normally in just a couple of hours. It is my genuine belief that The Pi Hut takes care of their customers, and I have years of completed orders to back that belief up.”
