Great products sometimes poor availability but worst of all they use DHL Express and customers are stuck with this! Any issues with delivery, and there will be, will involve a long wait on the phone at 7p per minute. DHL will likely make more profit out of your order than PiHut will!

Haven't received my product. No T&T, despite all previous orders had this. Customer service aren't helping either. I'm usually loyal to one company. Suggesting friends etc to buy at the stores I buy at. Unfortunately this order have disappointed me. I have yet to receive anything. I'll definitely have doubts, wether or not ThePiHut will be my go-to pi store.

Jag har inte fått det jag beställde för länge sedan. När jag går in på DHL står det att de försökt leverera måndagen den 9 november på eftermiddagen. Om detta har jag inte fått någon underrättelse i förväg så jag befinner mig sedan denna måndag i Jämtland och kommer åter Sollentuna först den 19 november. Detta är inte ett acceptabelt sätt att hantera en leverans. Hans Sandler

I've ordered from PiHut before and delivery was what I expected through Royal Mail. This order I wanted faster so I could on the project with my son over the weekend, so I paid for next day delivery, that was 16:30 on Wed, so I expected Friday delivery, not Thursday. DHL claim to have attemped delivery on Friday at 14:03 but no one was home. We're on national lockdown, we were home and I'll supply a camera clip of the front door to show no one tried to deliver anything around that time. So now its Monday and I am waiting for delivery. Please can I have the courier fees refunded. Not really PiHut's fault, but please talk to DHL. Thats the kind of service one expects from Yodel, not them.

Ordered two weeks ago to Ireland - still didn't arrive as of writing. Was shipped without tracking so PiHut were unable to help. Had to order an alternative from a different store but the delay already impacted my final year university project!

Your selection is brilliant. Your site is great. Your prices are competitive. But your delivery times and customer services are horrendous. I ordered more than 14 days ago and haven't received my package, nor received any sort of email about the delivery. I contacted customer services and was basically just told: "Eh, wait for it. It'll probably show up." Pretty unhappy about all this...

Honestly appalled with the service in place. When I ordered my package I was given 3-6 working days for delivery maximum and yet here we are over three weeks later and still no sign of the package. This has caused a whole host of problems for me due to the tragic service as this was for my college work, thus I have fallen behind gravely all while completely out of my hands. Shocked with this and definitely wouldn't even consider ordering again

I always struggle with ordering online, as I am never sure where it's taking me. When you move back and forth, I keep having to check at each stage, I never happy with what I have ordered until it turns up. This is a general comments to ordering online and not highlighting anything you are doing differently compared with another's, although I try not to order online, unless I have to! Not sure who you get to test your website, do you get the general public to test it? Would it be possible to give an earlier indication for the delivery, as knowledge is good. This was ordered 5th October at 11:45 and the first time I got an indication of when this would be delivered was 6th October at 18:32, although this does not seem to be that long, however this was better than I was expecting, yes I did say that. However I cannot simply stop everything until it arrives, I waited to order this so that it would not come on a certain day, although I got this wrong, as I had other commitments! I am unsure what happens if I am not here to receive is. That's a big concern for me. Another big issue for me is why do I have to answer some of these questions, do you not want my comments if I do not rate you, for example? On what basis is this I do not like this as this could mean anything. In another survey I was told that 66% or above was excellent, which I did not agree with and they got 0% from me. The following year they advertised themselves as 75% of their customers thought they were excellent, so only 75% thought they were above 66%! So I come back with what is the basis of this! So to get this able to be submitted I put this as 1 Stars, although this is not a really reflection on the service, although more about the survey! Just a note, after submitted this you then go to verify my comment via Instagram, whatever that is so I came back to this and updated my comments. This is why I am nervous about doing anything online, as you think you have completed the action and then more comes up! Now that I have spent time writing this will you ever receive this?

I ordered a micro-SD pre-loaded with NOOBS as I'm a bit lazy. Very disappointed that it didn't load in any of my Raspberry-PIs. Reported to the Pi Hut and asked to go through a dance to return it. Instead I reformatted and downloaded the software resenting every minute it took it. Works fine now but buying a chip from Tesco down the road would have had me up and running days quicker.

Avoid! Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago, Parcel is missing and support are next to useless with updates. Will probably have to do a chargeback at this stage

The pi sent didn't work and when I returned it no one contacted me so I had to chase it up...... so that then the order was sent back 4 hours after I had asked if I could add a heatsink case to the order to save me the postage but that was simply ignored ...so no I am not happy

My order still shows that it has not been shipped, I placed the order 3 weeks ago. I am sure the products are good as I have ordered stuff before. But if you cant even ship the product, I have an issue with that.
