“Pi Hut themselves are pretty good, but unfortunately continue to use Evri. So I'm writing this review on the 8th of April following the "how was your order" email on the 4th of April for the order I placed on the 29th of March but then dispatched with the most incompetent and useless carrier known to man. I forgot they use Evri, and this experience remdined me, so I probably wont use them again until they stop. Indeed this review asks "Who made the delivery?" and "Was the item damaged?" with an air of enthusiasm that suggests they expect it might have actually arrived by now. Inded, I even *PAID* for shipping. This sort of 'we can't be bothered, you might get it sometime' is almost acceptable with free delivery but when you pay for a service you expect it to actually happen. But, of course, that's when Evri aren't involved.”

“I like buying from PiHut as a small and specialist UK company and the service is generally brilliant but I really wish the search function was more accurate. This could be a key differentiator to Amazon etc. who try to distract you to buy what you don't want or need.”

“I always enjoy ordering from the Pi hut. My Raspberry Pi even came earlier than expected, I thought it would have been after easter, but they have send it through as a next day delivery! I was well chuffed about that, I was able to tinker with the Raspberry Pi in those days when my kid was outside looking for eggs and in the evening when it was bedtime. Finally able to have some free time! Thank you!”

“The PiHut is my "go-to shop" for all things Raspberry Pi related. Decided I needed a: 1Gbyte Pi5,(SKU: SC2162) PI5 Connector Adaptor, (SKU: WAV-27009) PCIe to M.2 Board (SKU: WAV-26785) All arrived very quickly and well packaged. It's great that when selecting the delivery courier I could choose the Royal Mail who always ensure the recipient received the parcel instead of Evri who are very guilty of abandoning parcels on doorsteps even though they are meant to get signatures (they dont). It would be excellent if the PiHut could start to stock a thin metal "connector shield" for use with the "PI5 Connector Adaptor" when connected to a "Raspberry Pi 5". This would give a more professional back of computer look if the USB C, 2 x Full HDI, Ethernet & the four USB were enshrined in their own plate (without users having to buy and learn to use 3D printers)”

“My raspberry pi zero w arrived within 5 days but upon arrival, the delivery driver seemed to throw the parcel resulting in one of the ports being slightly bent. Other than that, the service was great just could've been faster and a bit more careful with the package.”

“I got the pico starter kit for christmas. Made a project tracking power in and out of a battery in a small solar setup ... It worked till i made burnt pi and had to come to pi hut. I was worried expecting ridiculous prices but was very suprised with how fair, even cheap so much is. It was easy to find the bits i needed and nice that it all has links with pico or the new pico 2 here etc. Maybe i missed it but an obvious link to a page for newbies showing what the difference in all the models is etc would be handy.”

“I decided it was time to order a Pi5 and had seen positive comments online about PI Hut. Catalog search was easy, product information very good, add to basket worked correctly and checkout went smoothly. Order confirmation was quick, shipping super fast, and the package arrived well sealed and on time. With all the components being small and relatively light, one small box was all that was required.”
