“This was my first time ordering from The Pi Hut. It arrived pretty fast, the prices are reasonable, and the products stocked are much better documented than most of the components available from ebay etc, saving lots of time and hassle. I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely be using them again.”

“Purchased a replacement cooler for RPi 5. Came with al the thermal pads properly attached and un damaged. Have previously bought the RPi 5 kit from them. Recommend.”

“Well built, but intermittent in operation. The led on the front kept flickering. Using dmesg -w and devices attached were being recognised then not. Slight changes to the physical positioning of the cable into the female connector in the unit created device recognition and then loss in dmesg, so the rear female connector was the problem. Contacted PiHut who did not refund but referred me to manufacturers technical support, who in turn did not believe what I stated and instead asked for videos. Fed up and don’t have time for videos as work busy. So, bought another hub elsewhere. Wasted money on the hub and the power supply.”

“This company is a great place to do business with and have used them for many years pretty much since they first started and took over the company before, While there prices since the take over have been pretty high the product quality hasn't changed. And then there is the support. Nothing is to much for the support and have on a number of occasions really pushed the boat out to help me out when things have gone wrong, it's a small company with a massive heart for there customers and that's exactly why I keep coming back”
