“When ordering an item I mistakenly ordered the wrong specification for one component. I realised my mistake when I had a checkout conformation email. I contacted immediately to amend the order but I was informed that it the system wouldn't allow it. So I had to reorder the correct component for a separate delivery. All this happened before mo original order was dispatched. I ended up having to pay 2 delivery charges and another postage charge to return the wrong item. I think the inflexibility of the ordering system is letting the PiHut down as otherwise the site is quite efficient. It causes the end user hassle , increased costs and isn't good for the environment”

“Two items were ordered independently on 24th November. Both orders were acknowlegded on the 25th. I received two messages from Evri on the 26th to say that they had received both parcels, and that they would be delivered shortly. Both were on 'Next Day' delivery. The first parcel arrived on Thursday 27th. The second parcel dropped out of the Evri system on Friday and may have been lost or returned. It was eventually delivered on Sunday 30th November. Neither parcel met the 'Next Day' criteria. I understand that this probably wasn't the fault of Pi Hut because we've had more than enough problems with Evri. Why does Pi Hut deal with a company like Evri when all they do is trash your reputation for good service?”

“Excellent service. The only thing I would bring up as a nice-to-have would be a cheaper shipping option. If I've bought some cheap parts and I'm not in a rush to get them I'd appreciate the option to pay less for delivery. Otherwise, awesome!”
