“I have used PiHUt successfully in the past but on this occasion my experience was very poor. My delivery window was missed 3 times so that was 3 times i stayed at home waiting for several hours only to be disappointed. That is not an experience I wish to repeat and so far I do not have any explanation which confirms this kind of terrible delivery service would not be repeated.”

“Shopping experience was very good. I got the product I wanted (with a relevant add on item). Checkout experience was straightforward. Communication was good and only what was relevant. I had a couple of questions but found the answers in the FAQs. Will definitely shop again.”

“No complaints! Everything arrived within a few days and it all works perfectly. I only wish they offered some longer 27W power cables as the stock 120cm one recommended for the pi500 is a bit of an impediment, and I'm pensive about buying outside of approved storefronts for such a thing.”
