“I have ordered a number of items for the Raspberry Pi 5 from Pi-hut and have always been impressed. Their delivery service is especially fast and everything arrives very well packaged. The availability of parts to complete my projects is excellent, and on the rare occasion that something has a fault they respond to emails quickly and sort it without any fuss. This level of service is exactly why I keep going back to them, and they remain my first stop for anything Raspberry Pi or related.”

“Ordering the items is fine, but why do you use Evri, the UK’s worst courier for the third year running, as named by the regulator Ofcom last month. Hopefully I'll get the item today, 7 days after ordering. They did say they tried to deliver and posted a long shot of the front door but with no date/time stamp on the photo. We had previously supplied them with a photo of our "Safe space". We have updated that again with some text.”

“I let it glow advent calendar as a fun festive stem thing for me and my daughter to play with. The box is smaller than I expected, but its electronics so it would be small stuff. We've managed to follow the instructions to get set up, and very much looking forward to getting all the blinky lights to work. Box was well packaged and delivery was in a couple of days so no problems there.”

“The item was delivered in time, it's was well packaged. We started the calendar, so we only opened 1 door. The bread board inside doesn't come with instructions, so we had to check out the website. I wonder if proceed instructions could have improved the experience, it's all there in one place So far, we're really excited to open next doors.”

“Received my Raspberry Pi Pico's on time and now looking forward to revisiting programming and project building after many years away from the task due to job and retirement. Will no doubt have to consult The Pi Hut for a few tips on how to proceed with the RPi Pico.”

“Would have been nice to have the option of a physical gift card. Bought as a gift and had to print off the virtual gift certificate as the 9 year old recipient doesn't have an email address yet.”

“I ordered a terminal shield for an Arduino Mega. it arrived quickly,was good quality and exactly what I needed. The only other options were not exactly what I needed and had to come from China. It was also a much better price than other locally available ones.”

“Great products, successful Scout meeting! Delay on shipping was a shame, but they came before I needed them though! Ordered Sunday, email from Evri on Tuesday, delivery on Wednesday. Was hoping for shipping on Monday. Would be helpful if the PNP and NPN transistors were labelled in the combined pack - maybe on the cardboard they're secured by?”

“I ordered the Arduino starter kit R4 and when my package arrived,inside the PiHut packaging, the package was open and it was a Arduino R1 .The parcel is on its way back to you,I had photographed it when I opened it.I am hoping that I will eventually get the product I ordered.”
