“Even during this time of chip scarcity, I managed to get a hold of pi 4 for a project which I am looking forward. The reason I took off my star is the shipping status has gone unchanged for 3 days now, without explanation.”

“The item I wanted was in stock and delivered very quickly. The price was reasonable, better than some who had it in stock but still much more than when it was easily available. I can understand companies taking advantage of the shortages but I don't have to like it. I will definitely consider ordering a Pi 4B when they become available again.”

“The store is really easy to navigate and find things and the checkout process was swift and efficient. It did take a fair while for things to arrive by the default postage option (Royal Mail), I ordered on a Tuesday and received the items the following Monday and it didn't show detailed tracking information. I understand that's why the DHL option is there but it would have been nice to know in advance (I am probably just too used to Amazon!). Really happy to support small stores like this. Thanks again.”

“All components arrived in great shape. Tracking, however, failed after DHL got the package. I was left without any tracking after the package got to a German hub. There was no inventory list in the box, so I had to go to my e-mail receipt to verify the shipment contents. I like the PiHut web site and would like to buy here again, but due to tracking failure, I wonder that I should find a U.S. supplier.”

“The ordering process in the webstore was just fine. This was my first order in the UK since Brexit and it took 9 days for the order to be finally delivered. While The Pi-Hut is not to blame for it, but I feel at least a bit reluctant to place another order in the UK shortly.”

“Great site, easy to navigate and find what you're after.. although I did end up buying the wrong power supply (rpi3 instead of 4).. Whilst i recognise it was my fault it might be nice if it's made a little more obvious.. And if at all possible (it probably isn't).. if my basket is full of Pi4 bits.. then i add a pi3 thing.. maybe it could flag that it's not compatible? I know i've seen similar things.. Anyway, delivery was quick and customer service were easy to deal with.”
