Do not sign up to this site. Spent £3000 not one bonus. They also charge you to deposit. When I finally requested a withdrawal for a very small sum it took 8 days to get the money. I have closed my account.

Do not ever play on this site absolutely rubbish turned my account off when had 17 pound left then ask for bank statement to withdraw your own money honestly worst I have ever played and has no support don't ever reply to calls and ain't no live chat honestly rubbish site and have the cheek to reply wots wrong you 200 pound up not wots the problem so if you won't to lose your money come play here🤣

I would avoid this place like the plague. I had signed up for gamstop which I thought it was for a year, I deposited £1,800 and won £3,600. My documents were accepted, however they advised my gamstop was for 5 years and they have forfeited my entire money and not even refunding deposits, will be taking this further and will go to court to take them down.

Hi Hollie You have been put on our Enhanced Due Diligence process - and documents were requested. As you have not been able to supply the requested information we have no option but to limit your account. The CS team has no other knowledge of issues that you were facing regarding gameplay as there is no correspondence as such. I registered with my email and password fine BUT when I started to win money I got frozen out and was told my email and password is not right .? I think this site is a con and I want my money back .

Of all the online casinos I’ve played this one was the worst they wanted verification before any funds could be withdrew (sky let me take £800 with it ) then you can’t withdraw unless it’s a minimum of £20 and unlike others they charge you to withdraw and the free spins are always due to a deposit unlike others they don’t give anything for free avoid

Be very cautious using this company. I deposited over a few weeks without being made to pass ID checks. I then won a jackpot and my account was locked so I could not login, I was told this was because I needed to verify my ID which I will say was done within 2 hours and cleared so they reopened my account. I then receive an email saying that they have a maximum withdrawal of £2000 and £10,000 per month so you have to make multiple withdrawals. This is along way down their t&cs. So I asked customer service, there seems to only be one man that calls you and that answers their phone (very odd) if you won the advertised £1M you would have to withdraw £10k per month? he said yes. I have never heard of this and it appeared ridiculous as once you have placed a real money deposit and won that money is legally yours, so I checked with the gambling commission who this company is licenced by meaning their t&cs have to fall in line with their rules and your rights as a customer. Clearly stated on the Gambling Commissions website is that as a customer you cannot have your funds withheld, you must be able to withdraw at any time and you do not have to do this in multiple withdrawals without reasonable delay. After I got my account unlocked I then 5 minutes later had it locked again, I have been told for compliance checks as there was a large balance….. because I won the money!, I am now day 2 of not being able to access my account and make a withdrawal. Luckily I have taken screen shots and they confirmed in an email I have a big win so if they refuse to pay my winnings I have the evidence to take things further. If they pay my winnings to me I will gladly amend my review but the immediate locking of an account and dubious t&cs that do not follow their licensing bodies rules has me questions their practices. You are allowed to limit a players play if you have concerns surrounding how they are funding their play but you cannot deny them access to their funds if they have won fairly.

Allowed me to play for months and spend 1000s then closed my account with no reason what so Ever then told me I have to wait upto 20 days to get my money back that I had in there I strongly advised stay clear of this site still havnt sent my remaining balance back to me I would never recommend this site at all if t there. Terrible. They claim that there's no wagering but then if you take up one of their offers of 'Deposit XX amount and get xx number of free spins', you have to play through the amount you deposited before you can withdraw your money. So, that is as good as a wagering requirement if you ask me. Most other casinos don't do this. Go elsewhere, these guys are small time and the slots are rubbish.

Hi ... We don't think that's fair at all. We offer real money free, spins so there is no playthrough on bonuses given, no wagering on free spins or any of the amounts won from free spins. When you purchase a reward bundle - the terms are clear to see. If there were no terms on giving real money free spins away, then you could just play the free spins and win free cash - it would be like a cash machine that just pays out. That's not fair for both of us. Instead, so that we can offer fair rewards to people that want to play and deposit - we have to add in a condition as part of the reward bundle purchase. Most casinos that we can see, offer you lots of free spins, but you have to play them at least 20x, sometimes up to 200x to make it withdrawable - that isn't fair, in our opinion so we don't do things like that.
