Offers are confusing, misleading and customer support although fast to respond will provide incorrect information, misleading information and generally bad information. They'll not help, you'll have to figure it out yourself.

Although the site is good with it's casino games it doesn't offer a loyalty scheme/cashback like poker stars, paddy power and party casino do so there's no attraction to this site if the same games are offered by other platforms, plus the annoying pops up when you log in your balance is low every single time on top of that where other platforms offer free pay for mobile and also the most important thing free withdrawal no matter what the amount phonecasino with always take £1 off which is stupid as so many people top up a low balance just to play for fun

Hi Stephen We do have a withdrawal fee, this is not hidden. The reason being that we process withdrawals via the fast routes possible and this costs us more than the fee we pass on. We are looking at swapping this out to open banking but not everyone has this option enabled so its difficult. On the flip side, we offer no wagering and no playthrough on all free spins where most of our competitors offer a minimum of 35x on wins from free spins. So we are trying to offer a balance. To address your other point, there is absolutely no charge whatsoever to change passwords or update account settings - we are very curious as to why you might think that is the case? This has never been and never will be the case.

Dont use small screen casinos or any of there sister sites red7slots.com, vegasmoose.com or thephonecasino.com!! 1st reason. Deposit by card ok but when you withdraw you'll be told error with your bank try another card. Takes 5 working days to be told this when your expecting it in your bank. 2nd reason. To add another card you have to deposit more to then be told after another 5 working days that card wont accept withdrawals either which I know is factually incorrect. 3rd reason. after waiting 10 working days after I made withdrawl request told I now need to either add another card and try that or withdraw by bacs but takes 1-20 working days which i had to opt for as my bank cards didn't work with there withdrawal. 4th reason- each time my withdrawal wasnt accepted the balance went back to my player account balance with no update or email as to why its failed and I found out myself by logging in my account to find the balance sitting there even though they say I'll get an email once processed which not once has happened. Finally, each time I query my payment I get told it will be in my account within 1-5 days and 3 weeks later still same except now as I had to opt for bacs they wont query now untill after the 20 business days which keeps me quiet even longer as Bacs payment we all know takes 1-3 days but the rest of there 20 day waiting period is purely the casino and could be done in 1-3 days. The only casino I've had this with is smallscreencasinos sites and the site I'm referring to (red7slots.com). Been customer for over 6 years and they happily take payment on variety of methods but withdrawals are clearly and purposely made to delay, avoid an potentially they want you to spend the money when your withdrawals dont process. Still not been paid from winnings won end of september and when I initially made the 1 st card withdrawal request a message alert said if I choose card withdrawal will take 1 -5 minutes yes minutes that's why I chose that option and 17 days later still no winnings in my account, no updates and no communication. Dont use these as they will do exactly the same to you.

I posted a review before because I was worried about my depoist not coming through fair enough but the site is broken when you try to get a bonus and basicly they didn't give me one after I met the requirements so to poor customer service or maby customer service ability I'd advice not to gamble there not that they care what I think

Hi Andrew, I asked the CS team to look into this for me and they have said the following: The customer had previously used the rewards system, so knew how they worked. He was selecting rewards then cancelling them before activating and was advised via many emails yesterday on what he needed to do. He didn’t complete any of the multitude of offers he selected and cancelled and got increasingly angry by the looks of it. Due to the nature of his emails we felt it appropriate to limit the account for safety reasons. He then closed the account with an abusive email. He was a winner, however.

Hi Angela, I asked the CS team to comment: "This customer was playing high volatility games which offer less frequency of wins, so less wins but more value. The customer chose to carry on playing rather than withdrawing when she could. Looks like a limit was hit on the account and then they withdrew the remaining balance." Just for your information, lower volatility slots will pay our more frequently. Also all the slots are regulated, tested and approved before release. We cannot influence what happens on them - quite rightly so. I'm afraid it looks like you were just unlucky. Found the site confusing, after opening an account I made a deposit but was then unable to find the welcome offer showing in the beginning Then tried to withdraw my monet and couldn’t as I had used Apple Pay which I wouldn’t have done if I’d known I couldn’t withdraw to it. Really disappointed with the whole thing.

Do not sign up to this site. Spent £3000 not one bonus. They also charge you to deposit. When I finally requested a withdrawal for a very small sum it took 8 days to get the money. I have closed my account.
