“Joined up deposited a pound they gave me a pound free played snakes and ladders won £21 I had to deposit £10 to withdraw the £21 witch I thought was strange I was charged £1 fee for withdrawing money arrived in my bank next day not a bad experience but just an odd feeling how they do stuff felt like a scam but everything was good in the end I had no problem with my documents overall I just wish it could feel like the top gaming sites ladbrooks coral etc where you don’t get charged and everything feels safe but it just didn’t I don’t think I’ll use the site again the terms and conditions seem strange but as I say my experience wasn’t as bad as some people’s”

“The selection of games is fantastic! Withdrawals are fast too, the only issue with that is the fixed £1 withdrawal charge, no other casino I use charges a withdrawal fee and certainly not when the minimum withdrawal is £20. otherwise a great casino with decent sign up and referral bonuses!”

Thank you for your feedback Andrew We try to balance it so that its fair for all. We basically process something like 95% of all withdrawals via "faster funds", its quite expensive - more than £1 if you believe it. This means the money comes back to you instantly, unlike when you go to a retailer and wait 3-5 days for a credit to appear on a returned item of clothing etc. So we pass on some of the costs. The min withdrawal is also to stop someone withdrawing £1 and it costing us more than £1 to process the withdrawal, so we tried to set a sensible level. To counter the fee's however, we offer ZERO wagering on all free spins and bonuses offered, so you keep when you win without restrictions, as also offer literally 000's of free prizes with no restrictions on them, on a weekly basis in Mr Wonga and other promotions. So like I said, we are trying to be upfront and honest with our customers by compensating with other freebies that have no sneaky restrictions on them. Kind regards The Phone Casino

“Good selection of games , won quite a bit of money tried to withdraw, they asked for some berification documents which was all dealt with promtly, smaller withdrawls go straight into bank, but im still waiting for my larger ones after 3 days which is concerning,”

“I like the fact that there are so many slot games available to play. The overall gameplay is good. I have noticed the odd issues with the site, such as having to log back in due to timing out issues. Something else I noticed was when I made a withdrawal late the other night the money didn’t go in my account until the next morning which compared to other sites is a long time for it to clear.”
