“Excellent casino site. Probably the best out there. Very easy to use. Lots of different games. Plus you get free slot games every day. Joined recently and was ver impressed. Sent the relevant ID'S (which is normal for all betting sites) got approved within an hour. I deposited and won. Withdrew the money and was in my account instantly!”

Hi there We don't understand why we have a 1 star review. I contacted CS to ask if we had experienced any issues: Their response is below "The customer deposited £20 and withdrawn £20 straight away." prior to that we sent the following: "Dear xxx, We can see that you have made the withdrawal request and can confirm that it was issued within 1 minute of you requesting and you will just be waiting for your bank to clear it into your account if they haven’t already done so. Kind regards Customer Support" Previous emails to this were around on boarding of your ID - which was also done quickly? Was there another issue? If not please can we ask you to revise your review? “Joined up deposited a pound they gave me a pound free played snakes and ladders won £21 I had to deposit £10 to withdraw the £21 witch I thought was strange I was charged £1 fee for withdrawing money arrived in my bank next day not a bad experience but just an odd feeling how they do stuff felt like a scam but everything was good in the end I had no problem with my documents overall I just wish it could feel like the top gaming sites ladbrooks coral etc where you don’t get charged and everything feels safe but it just didn’t I don’t think I’ll use the site again the terms and conditions seem strange but as I say my experience wasn’t as bad as some people’s”

“It's ok. You can bank transfer lots of money, but in order to get money back out, you have to deposit with a card to withdraw your money. Bit naughty that. They take your money easily but expect you to deposit before you get what you earned back out, not allowing how they accept payment from you. They also charge you for withdrawing. Other than that frustration, they're not too bad.”
