“Excellent casino site. Probably the best out there. Very easy to use. Lots of different games. Plus you get free slot games every day. Joined recently and was ver impressed. Sent the relevant ID'S (which is normal for all betting sites) got approved within an hour. I deposited and won. Withdrew the money and was in my account instantly!”

“No good if you win you can’t take your money out. The bank transfer don’t work. They charge you for taking a refund and it takes up to 20 days to get to you. They charge you for a deposit and a withdrawal so what’s the point in playing. I want to cancel my account and have tried but yous keep asking for reviews so here it is stay away from this company”

“I don't mean to be rude, but I think you could improve a lot. I don't usually play for large sums, but I play whenever possible. The worst part is that I never get anything back; I deposit but never win anything, and it's very rare to get bonuses or blow up pots.”

“Not the best online casino. Withdrawals are chaotic, with late notification that a withdrawal to your card was refused by the bank (how?) forcing you to use the antiquated bank transfer system which takes FIVE WORKING DAYS. Offers are misleading, like the 100 free spins daily are on a game that basically gives you nothing, it's like playing a test game. Slots games just don't seem to pay out fairly and the selection of live games is limited (eg. No Monopoly). Customer support is limited to certain opening hours too. All in all, feels like a fledgling site with lots of work to do yet to make it the fluid seamless enjoyable site it could be and as so many others are.”

“not great to be honest ... they charge you for debit card withdrawals and then it fails then they tell you you have to make a £3 deposit from a bank account to withdraw to that bank and now I have 50 pound withdrawal sat waiting 5 days to clear even though I had a 20 pound withdraw that was requested after and cleared within 3 days if the 50 quid clears i won't be using again ... update i had to contact support to chase payment and it magically cleared”

“Did not pay out fast. After 4 emails with issues and 4 days later, got payout. Put me off The Phone Casino because of this. Said they couldn't pay back to my card I used to pay in. They cancelled my withdrawal twice, after paying additional £3 for linked bank account to receive payment had to keep chasing them up. All of this was after I was fully verified so no idea what the delay was. Seemed like excuses to delay payment. Sorry but true.”

Hi joe I asked CS to let me know what has happened: Customer complained about having to send ID. He then sent it in and it was approved. He then complained about the withdrawal fee and also how the rewards work. He also asked for a manager to call and I tried yesterday and again this morning and he doesn’t answer. He has withdrawn his deposit which was issued yesterday. He has been given the correct advice but just doesn’t like the responses and therefore says he has been scammed. Hmmmm.... We can appreciate that not everyone is happy with the way things are or how we choose to operate - but lets be fair and leave accurate reviews please. Its got nothing to do with trust - and you're entitled not to like something .... Thanks and good luck. The Phone Casino
