I like the site it’s easy to deposit and even easier to withdraw the only minus is that it’s not having any reward program for loyal customers and this is why is losing loyalty and I guess big traffic of players. Other than that superb

- Quite many games can't get in to play, games not loading. - System has been error quite often and also customer service call center never be able to pickup the phone call have to contact by email instead sometimes quick response but sometimes take more than 2-3 days no anything reply beck yet. - All the rest is good.

I’m on the fence to giving 5 stars havnt really won much considering the amount I’ve spent , the free spins are not really great don’t really understand it , the games are ok but very hard to win anything big I’m not a big gambler but we Ning in this site isn’t east , I did manage to withdraw just £20 and cost £1 to do so , it costs money to deposit by mobile it’s £3.50 and it can be at a big loss to small time players overall it’s not brilliant it is one of the worst for winning if anything changes I will be happy to alter my review

I dont think the game site is really bad but, few good stuffs lacking and hence i chose to not use it often.. now when u top up, you cant even see your balance showing on the front page so u have an idea what cash u have, u only see ur balance during the time of playing any slot which is very poor standard compared to others like betfair, pokerstars or sky Vegas.. moreso if one can top up fund without having to quit ur current game that, would be nice and few popular games missing too, game like luck o the Irish gold spin the jackpot one, games like Heidi hans beer game. If these changes are made, it will make customers like myself to visit the site every now and then for my favourite games.. Regards...

New player at The Phone casino. Its ok, lack off bonuses, if you're lucky to get a bonus , it pays a couple off x . Great customer service and extremely fast pay outs " if you're lucky to cash out . Not the worst casino. But could be better. Its still early days after just joining a couple of days ago , if it gets any better or worse. I'll be sure to update my review. Donna

Hey Philip Thank you for your review. We get this sort of query levelled at us quite a lot. I'm sorry to say that you have just been unlucky in that session. Essentially, the game is run by the studio that produced the game, it's tested and then certified before being uploaded as approved by the UK Gambling Commission. Once it's on their portal - we know we can publish the game. But as stated - it has to go through lots of rounds of checking and testing to ensure it meets all the requirements. The RTP is over millions and millions on spins - so there can be sessions where you could deposit much more and not see a win - however it will balance itself out as it's been tested to do so. Hence, why we say that - unfortunately - you seem to have come across an unlucky streak. We do offer games that have much less volatility (look for the chilli rating that we have - less chilli's = lower volatility) - as you can imagine these sorts of games produce wins more frequently but to compensate they are lower, in overall value terms. Higher volatility games yield higher wins - but less frequently. I hope this goes some way to explain what happens - but all games are tested and certified before use and release and in addition, there is regular RTP monitoring to ensure the game operates within its parameters. Unnecessarily difficult to make a withdrawal requiring photo ID and a bank statement, but won't take a photograph of a bank statement. In an overcrowded market there are better easier options.

Hi Byron The limt doesnt apply when someone wants to close their account - its just there for smooth operational purposes because of the processing costs for depoists and withdrawals. Sorry, we know it can be a pain somethimes but it is applied consistenly to everyone so that we dont have to pick up all the processing costs or pass them on (depoisits and withdrawals both incurr processing fees from our side). Enjoy games and site prmos ain't great hard to find and game specific verifying account is the worsed iv ever seen allowing people to deposit but not withdraw with out having recent bills e mail confirmation ect takes far to long and overly complicated when you have already taken money and refuse to refund till you managed to jump throw all these hoops is not on apart from that good site good games

Hi Robert Thank you for taking the time to write a review. regarding the documentation side of things - it is an unfortunate step, however as soon as you create an account (and this is the same for each and every customer), we serve a notification asking you to send in additional ID so that there are no hurdles at the point of withdrawal. UK Gambling Commission guidance specificaily says that online casinos cannot just ask for ID at the point of withdrawal and again we are required to "upscale" the information we hold on customers to meet out regulatory and legal obligations. The long and short of that is, we are required to put some hurdles in place and that, we understand, creates a burden on our customers, for which we are sorry. Our CS team are concious of this and do their very best to turn things around quickly, as you appreciate sometimes there is a manual process involved and that where some delays have / could occur. Good site for gaming and I like the free daily spins with a chance to win real money; however, there is a £1 withdrawal fee so you lose money instantly from that. Also, you can't seem to opt out of marketing despite unticking the boxes to not receive the numerous text messages they send out on a daily basis. I've even got to the point of trying to switch off emails from them but to no avail. Also there is no live chat facility.

Free spin games are good. Not too impressed with depositing £10 and not being able to withdraw it. Same with a £1 withdrawal fee, what's that all about. Good selection of games but will use one of the big hitters from now on.

Regarding your deposit - and withdrawal - as you can imagine we are heavily regulated and as such have processes that we must abide by when money is deposited and then requested back. - it falls under the Money Launder regulations and the amount is irrelevant, whether is £1 or £1m. We have to obtain information from our customers (called Know Your Customers or KYC). We'd be very surprised if the big hitters (as you call them) do anything different as we all have to follow the same rules. Regarding the withdrawal charge of £1 - yes we do charge everyone the same and we are upfront about that because we use the fastest routes possible to return the money to you. It's bascially because we have super generous deposit reward offers and free giveaways and bonuses, that have NO playthrough and No wagering restrictions. So if you win £100 off a £1 free spin - you can just take the money. Other sites ( including the bigger ones) make you play it between 25 to 100x before you can take that win out and the likely hood is that you will lose it - so whilst they appear to be more generous - they are not.
