“It's ok. You can bank transfer lots of money, but in order to get money back out, you have to deposit with a card to withdraw your money. Bit naughty that. They take your money easily but expect you to deposit before you get what you earned back out, not allowing how they accept payment from you. They also charge you for withdrawing. Other than that frustration, they're not too bad.”

“So I received an email from the phone casino asking me to leave an honest review… here it goes… I’m leaving 3 stars for NOW!! The site has decent well known games; good layout, easy to navigate seems to have a great pay out too. Customer service via email are very very prompt at responding too queries etc. employees I have spoken too have been kind and patient with me. However the online chat appears unavailable 24/7 and can’t seem to get through via phone - but I guess the support via email makes up for that? I won just over 5k. I requested to withdraw 2k 2k 1k and £400 (at the same time) The £400 was paid literally instantly in seconds, the other 5k I’m still awaiting. I emailed support querying why the £400 was instant and not the 5k.. who corresponded promptly within the hour letting me know all withdrawal requests are subject to checks and to be approved by the accounts team. I was congratulated on my wins and told my 5k withdrawal would be cleared within 1-5 days. I made my withdrawal 02/08/2024 On Wednesday (tomorrow) 07/08/2024 will be five days unless excluding the weekend it will be 09/08/2024 I’m expected to receive my funds into my bank. However, I have tried to log into my phone casino account and now I have too submit additional information about employment & income. Prior to this I had sent in passport, license and housing letters and all was approved. They released the £400 instantly so I’m not sure why after being approved and releasing part of my winnings this is popping up ? I’m pretty sure it has nothing too do with my withdrawal as it is already in progress, and does not comply with license condition 17 - customer identity verification. However seeing some of the reviews online has put some doubt into one’s mind! Amid those there are a fair few positive reviews too!! 😊 I shall update this review and confirm when my withdrawal has been cleared !! And boost this review too a 5 star !! Hold tight! !”

“I like the site it’s easy to deposit and even easier to withdraw the only minus is that it’s not having any reward program for loyal customers and this is why is losing loyalty and I guess big traffic of players. Other than that superb”

“- Quite many games can't get in to play, games not loading. - System has been error quite often and also customer service call center never be able to pickup the phone call have to contact by email instead sometimes quick response but sometimes take more than 2-3 days no anything reply beck yet. - All the rest is good.”

“I’m on the fence to giving 5 stars havnt really won much considering the amount I’ve spent , the free spins are not really great don’t really understand it , the games are ok but very hard to win anything big I’m not a big gambler but we Ning in this site isn’t east , I did manage to withdraw just £20 and cost £1 to do so , it costs money to deposit by mobile it’s £3.50 and it can be at a big loss to small time players overall it’s not brilliant it is one of the worst for winning if anything changes I will be happy to alter my review”

“I dont think the game site is really bad but, few good stuffs lacking and hence i chose to not use it often.. now when u top up, you cant even see your balance showing on the front page so u have an idea what cash u have, u only see ur balance during the time of playing any slot which is very poor standard compared to others like betfair, pokerstars or sky Vegas.. moreso if one can top up fund without having to quit ur current game that, would be nice and few popular games missing too, game like luck o the Irish gold spin the jackpot one, games like Heidi hans beer game. Hey Philip Thank you for your review. We get this sort of query levelled at us quite a lot. I'm sorry to say that you have just been unlucky in that session. Essentially, the game is run by the studio that produced the game, it's tested and then certified before being uploaded as approved by the UK Gambling Commission. Once it's on their portal - we know we can publish the game. But as stated - it has to go through lots of rounds of checking and testing to ensure it meets all the requirements. The RTP is over millions and millions on spins - so there can be sessions where you could deposit much more and not see a win - however it will balance itself out as it's been tested to do so. Hence, why we say that - unfortunately - you seem to have come across an unlucky streak. We do offer games that have much less volatility (look for the chilli rating that we have - less chilli's = lower volatility) - as you can imagine these sorts of games produce wins more frequently but to compensate they are lower, in overall value terms. Higher volatility games yield higher wins - but less frequently. I hope this goes some way to explain what happens - but all games are tested and certified before use and release and in addition, there is regular RTP monitoring to ensure the game operates within its parameters.
