Allowed me to play for months and spend 1000s then closed my account with no reason what so Ever then told me I have to wait upto 20 days to get my money back that I had in there I strongly advised stay clear of this site still havnt sent my remaining balance back to me I would never recommend this site at all if t there. Was a minus star I would give that

Hi Nicola It appears that your account was flagged for additional due diligence. Terrible. They claim that there's no wagering but then if you take up one of their offers of 'Deposit XX amount and get xx number of free spins', you have to play through the amount you deposited before you can withdraw your money. So, that is as good as a wagering requirement if you ask me. Most other casinos don't do this. Go elsewhere, these guys are small time and the slots are rubbish.

Hi ... We don't think that's fair at all. We offer real money free, spins so there is no playthrough on bonuses given, no wagering on free spins or any of the amounts won from free spins. When you purchase a reward bundle - the terms are clear to see. If there were no terms on giving real money free spins away, then you could just play the free spins and win free cash - it would be like a cash machine that just pays out. That's not fair for both of us. Instead, so that we can offer fair rewards to people that want to play and deposit - we have to add in a condition as part of the reward bundle purchase. Most casinos that we can see, offer you lots of free spins, but you have to play them at least 20x, sometimes up to 200x to make it withdrawable - that isn't fair, in our opinion so we don't do things like that. You are free to just deposit without taking up a reward and there are no restrictions on the money you play or the amounts won. In addition, you can play Mr Wonga - for free - every day. There are no deposits required and there are no restrictions on what you win which is free cash and real money free spins. Interface is very good Service is very good But making me wait five months to withdraw my full balance of just under 50k is disgusting I've asked a manager to contact me and nobody has Staff are helpful but don't have authority in this case ... avoid if you win above 10k as they will make you spread withdrawals

Your withdrawal proceedings is not fair you dont get your full amount its only a pound but when i add money and win why do you have to take some of my winnings i waited ages for my money then you deducted a pounds so i got less then what i won then you took a hundred years to pay me out

Extremely long withdrawal times. Claim to have visa direct but definitely do not. Takes a long time for customer services to reply to you.

After depositing and selecting a welcome offer I completed the wagering requirement and then the site just reset my offer and told me a I hadn't completed it. I then contacted customer service (who admittedly were good over email) who told me that I hadn't gone through the pop up so didn't get the free spins. This was incorrect because the site had indicated I was half way through the welcome offer and then reset. I eventually was given some free spins (half the value that I should have had) and then was unable to withdraw the funds because it was too far under the withdrawal limit... After depositing funds to make my balance on the withdrawal limit so I could claim my winnings the site told me I couldn't withdraw my funds which I had just deposited!! I called the contact number and was met with a guy that was quite rude and was zero help telling me to just email them... Its a shame because I had heard good things about this casino.

Poor customer service and they employ game designers who have frequent game freezes and crashes. Ultimately this ends up in you losing any wins or free spins you had at the time. Customer service clearly not interested. Scientific games regularly crash and leave players at a loss when in bonus rounds or free spins. Unacceptable treatment of players and poor selection of game developers’ games means you’d be better playing elsewhere as any issues you do have- customer service couldn’t care less.

Technology never seems to be on our side but we appreciate you may not have had the best experience =. Our connection is the same as all others and whilst we don't handle the games because it's hosted by SG. if bets are not completed/accepted (for whatever reason) the funds are returned to you as is the case in your query. I am very disenchanted with the site, endless glitches where I continually get logged out and endlessly have to log in again. Then I can't make payments because of endless glitches and I end up wondering if my debit card has been blocked for repeatedly trying to deposit funds. I bought tickets for the Wonga Emporium game thinking that it would help me to increase my score when this is not the case and you never win anything from playing with bought tickets but you don't find out about this until after. Paltry wins on other games, so fed up. The Wonga Emporium game always lets you think you are in for a prize but then you find you are not as others have scored higher, it seems like a fix to me where there is no skill or means to determine whether you will win, as if its decided before you play. I would be happier with more wins and more information about how these games work. I am so disenchanted just now I feel like giving up playing, no incentive to play when most of the time I lose and especially on the Rainbow Riches Slingo game which tricks you into thinking you can win higher prizes when most of the time you pay silly money for one spin and win nothing which is no fun. The wins are meagre as well most of the time and the games soon take back any wins you do have. I am well out of pocket now, and don't feel this will change. My favourite game used to be Rainbow Riches Pick n Mix, until I played it on here tonight and won nothing whatsoever after 2 deposits on your sister sites. Just disheartened so far. The technical glitches spoil the pleasure a lot of playing on here, these need fixing soon. I wish I could give a more positive review but I am being honest and telling it like it is for me, sorry.
