The games are easy to access, withdrawals process are long, won £540 and still waiting for it to be processed it’s been 8days now, if you win small then withdrawal are quick will update once got my withdrawal as all I keep getting back is 1-5days withdrawal times when emailing customer support

Love this the only bad thing about it is you the minimum you can withdraw is 20 and also you get charged a fee which is a pound so basically the minimum needs to be 21 pounds before you can withdraw with to me is a downside of it

Hi there, do you have anything specific that we can address? I hope you are using the free to play Tournament where you get free spins daily to win free cash and prizes. Also all the rewards we offer in the Free Spins page ( in Main Menu) are real money free spins with no restrictions on the amounts won from your free spins. Because we only offer real money free spins with no play though or wagering on the amounts won from those spins, we don't offer silly sign up bonuses. Pretty much all other companies, you would have to play the winning between 35 and in some cases 200x. and then there would be a max cash out value. I am not a fan of the £1 withdrawal fee at The phone casino, and do not like that you have to wager any money deposited into the site. Further, the lack of offers after the initial sign up offer is not great, and I get more offers from other websites, leading me to use them more.

Am very concerned because I've been spending money with you . I didn't realise u needed verification now that I want to withdraw my money . Tried to call customer Services and it says can't take my call . Would appreciate some contact as you owe me £900

Hi Richard To address your concerns, every single customer where we need additional ID is notified as such at the top of the logged-in lobby. You will have seen a warning banner that says your details need to be updated. It is a specific requirement in the UK regulations that we are not allowed to ask for this at the point of withdrawal, we must ask for ID sooner. So we ask as soon as you create your account to avoid such issues. I trust that you were able to resolve this seamlessly so can we ask you to revise your review? Regards

Haven't managed to get or win anything really mainly apart from make deposit Pathetic free spins offer impossible to get anywhere or anything for free on annoying stupid mr wongas awful game then it tries to get you to pay money to purchase more tickets so you can play it even more in order for you to even be able to qualify for any cash prizes which kinda defeats the object of free spins why not have proper free spins on an actual real slot games instead of that ..!! I found the site.... weird... I've played on many gambling sites over the years, and this was probably one of the worst, if not the worst. Firstly, when you sign up, you're given a password that you can't change at the point of sign up. It basically forces you to use the last 4 digits of your mob number. You can the choose to change it, BUT at a cost.... They send you a text message that you need to reply to that has a fixed fee attached! I've never came across that before and I think it's really customer unfriendly! IF you do manage to walk away in profit, the minimum withdrawal I believe is £20 AND they charge you £1 to process... With so many gambling sites out there, I won't be returning any time soon.

Hi Tammy I got this back from CS : "withdrew xxx at 14.26 on the 25/09 which was issued instantly and she is just waiting for her bank to clear it into her account if they haven’t already done so. We can’t speed that part of the process up." I hope you have received funds by now - sometimes the bank will not clear transaction on the weekend and we are not in control of that. you get charged for using paypal and you also get charged for withdrawing your winnings. you can withdraw winnings via paypal either. not the best site.

Hi Jason There is a charge for using PayPal because the charges are so high for us to processes a deposit via PayPal. We have only passed on a small part of that cost. I would highlight that there are many other FREE to use, deposit mechanisms, such as Card or the Bank transfers with Trustly etc as well as the e-wallet solutions like Skrill, Paysafe and Neteller. Regarding withdrawal fees: Its £1 because we process withdrawals instantly and we have to use a faster payment route in order to get the funds back to you as fast as possible (usually within a matter of minutes). The alternative is to wait up to 5 working days. As a result - so that's fair to everyone, and because it costs us much more we added a small processing fee to help cover some of the costs of the faster processing. We also offer better value because we offer no playthrough or conditions attached to amounts won from free spins or free bonuses. All of the rewards are real cash. Downsides No one to talk to, always an answer machine. Never phone you back. It tells you your withdrawal of cash has been proceseed but its still not in my bank ! Good choice of games, Very poor customer services

Hi Amanda I got this from CS - someone will however contact you to discuss further. "Not had any calls this morning apart from someone sending texts saying ‘please’ to the phone line. Customer withdrew at 21.24 last night and that was issued within 1 minute so customer is just waiting for her bank to clear it. Had no emails or voicemails from her.
