Extremely long withdrawal times. Claim to have visa direct but definitely do not. Takes a long time for customer services to reply to you.

Great games and I like the daily tournament. Payouts are far too slow though. I rang customer service to ask how long it takes for a withdrawal to be processed from their end and I was faced with the most miserable sounding man I've ever spoke to. He said the withdrawal will remain reversible and won't be processed for 3-5 days. Other casinos I play usually process withdrawals within 4 hours and I receive the money the next day. For this reason I won't be depositing anymore no ey on this site but will continue to play the free daily tournament.

Hi Anette Thanks for letting us know. I'll follow up whats going on here. Regarding the withdrawals we do quote 3-5 days as that's been our experience. Unfortunately when its processed, its out of our hands. We use an international bank so that might explain why its not within a matter of hours but to give you comfort we are always looking at new and faster ways to get you your funds quicker. High value player, never reply to customer service emails with deposit issues, no free spins or bonuses for play, RTP on their slot games are some of the lowest on the internet. Avoid and okay somewhere else.

Excellent casino site. Probably the best out there. Very easy to use. Lots of different games. Plus you get free slot games every day. Joined recently and was ver impressed. Sent the relevant ID'S (which is normal for all betting sites) got approved within an hour. I deposited and won. Withdrew the money and was in my account instantly!

Great choice of games Plus no crashing when playing games like other sites But maybe think on updating the withdrawal procedure as it does take to long to receive your winnings than other sites like when you withdraw its in your bank the same day ?

Allowed me to play for months and spend 1000s then closed my account with no reason what so Ever then told me I have to wait upto 20 days to get my money back that I had in there I strongly advised stay clear of this site still havnt sent my remaining balance back to me I would never recommend this site at all if t there. Was a minus star I would give that

Very quick and responsive customer service . Easy to deposit and withdraw the money. Only one thing which I found strange that the first couple withdraws was in couple minutes on my account and now it takes 1-5 days. Because of that my rating is 4 not 5.

I don't understand.. You won FREE cash and FREE real money spins with no play through - where you get to keep what you win. If you came 1st you will also have been given a free entry to the 1 million scratch card to win 1 million - all for FREE... no Deposit required! I don't understand how that's unfair or false information! I suppose it just shows you that you cant please everyone!. Second time withdrawing from this site. It’s just too slow, my winnings have been sat in my account since yesterday nearly 24 hours later & they still haven’t processed! This really needs changing, 24 hours later & my withdrawal is still sat in my account, apart from this very good site, and very polite! Just the withdrawal is terrible. I believe 12 hours is enough time to process the withdrawals. I don’t know how much longer I’ll have to wait for this withdrawal to be processed. Will write another review on the withdrawal being processed n how long, to let all other customers know before they deposit money

Great casino love all the games but the only down fall is that I made a withdrawal yesterday of £150 at around 12ish and I changed the amount to £80 this morning. So all I’ve done is change the amount & im still waiting over 24 hours later to get this withdrawal processed. It really shouldn’t matter if you change the amount at all, the time frame should be the same from the first withdrawal. Apart from this good casino but there’s a lot more casinos that pay out a lot faster
