I have played phone casino and have never won any money despite depositing hundreds of pounds. I was going to deposit using my card only to see the information needed included my banks sort code as well as other private info. I can only warn people against doing any dealings with these people.

From the email address left here I have located an account, but it appears that your review is unverified and your claims don't match what is on your account. As you can see here, we get good and bad reviews. In all cases we try to explain and deal with each one properly and provide explanations where we can. Its never nice to have to say that you are simply wrong in your assertions on this occasion! The claims you make on play are wrong and also on withdrawals. If you have registered a card we don't ask you for any more information other than what we need so as to satisfy the regulations imposed upon us by the UK regulator. These requests are made by and followed by most any reputable casino operator that is licensed by the UK because, we are seeking to enhance our verification of you, as a customer. Primarily so that we know who you are and that we are paying money back to the correct person. All information is secured and we don't share any information other than where we are required to. I think you might be confused as its only in the case of bank transfers that we'll need to use your bank details. I think that is fair if you want withdrawals sent back to your bank. As I stated earlier, by all means leave a fair review and we'll respond and and try to address your concerns, but please don't list improper statements when your account has been inactive for many months, and you have chosen an anonymous review and further not verified your email address. Love the games, and variety and the free spins awarded are amazing, the down side is they can ply be played on exclusive games one you get a balance from them. And that it's difficult to meet the wagering requirements with free spins. But overall I love it.

Really really fast customer service email replies and great selection of games. I wasn't sure how the withdrawal process worked but they guided me through it via email, just waiting to see if that part is as super fast as the customer service. Great site.

I love the phone casino one of my favour sites . Its quick and easy to access offers a wide variety of ways to deposit. Plus it's now got loads of new games to play and even win. Theres one down point tho the bonuses are great but if you get through the play it through balance you can win win and win like l won £3000 but they only allow £200 withdrawal from bonus money winnings . So they should stop the play from going above that as its a very big let down winning all that money to only get £200 of it

Iv tried loads of sites because i enjoy a fun hassle free play on roulette sites like sky seem to only pay out wen they see fit. As for the phone casino it seems fair and games are good all round fun expierience defo my favourite so far and quick pay outs to :)

I have won £4717. That's great, should I ever see the money. I requested a withdrawal on Thursday 02/02/17 and as of yet the money had not left the reverse withdrawal system. I have been told it will be paid out next week at Wednesday earliest but definitely by Friday. Which would make it a 13-15 day wait. Happy to accept my deposits but taking their time paying out winnings. They have made 3 errors so far. I'll post more information if there are any further mistakes.

Hi Adam Thank you for your review. Following your comments I undertook a personal review of the activity on your account. I can see that other withdrawals were processed in a very short time. I also understand that you were notified that for larger withdrawals we have to perform additional checks and effectively money laundering processes. As your withdrawal was larger than your average ones in the past, it was to be processed a a bank payment which I understand you have received. Our advertisised bank tranfers have always been longer principally due to the time it takes to perform additional procedures. I also asked what mistakes had occurred and I'd appreciate if you email me at suppost@smallscreencasinos.com using the subject header reviews.co.uk and let me know as I couldn't see any. In short, I think trying to say that we feel its harsh to give the team a 3 star review when they did all they could to facilitate your withdrawal in the shortest time. I like playing on the phone casino,it's the best for bonuses only bad thing about it is that with the bonus money you can't play all the games where as on other sites with the bonus winnings you can ply on all other games,for that reason alone I'm not too keen on the game

The reality is that because we have built our own system we cant have 2 different types of bonuses running as it would be very difficult to work out which bonus relates to which system when players flick between games. That's basically why we don't offer bonuses on games we haven't created. We are looking to revamp the bonus scheme in general this year so look out for the updates that will be sent around. One comment we didn't understand is, "it takes money from your contract, which isn't good" - in answer this - You must have, logged in using our secure process, selected cashier and then selected "pay by mobile". If you select that option we ask your mobile network to check either i) if you have enough pre-pay credit or ii) as in your case, if you are a contract customer that have no restrictions on your mobile account. At that point if you press the "Submit" button after choosing a deposit amount, we have to make a billing request somewhere. In the case of mobile billing it gets billed or deducted directly to your phone. You are sent a free SMS billing receipt as well to confirm this process. Just a total lack of winning I must of spent 1000 pound or more with these and never come away with anything the bonus spins you get you can't cash out so what's the point that of having them.also if you wager say 1 pound spins on say reels of luck for instance some wins spin in at 3p what's this all about there just robbers who don't wear masks

My current play through target is £351023.28 let's just say I'm not going to be playing through that! Apparently it moves up and down with each wager of bonus money however mine never seems to go down. I do love the free games but there's only a certain number of games you can play with the bonus money.

The rules around bonusing will be changing this year so we have held off changes until we have clarification on how we can offer bonuses going forward. We will keep you posted. Well what can I say , over the past 10 years I've been playing on other big casinos , never really won anything, came here deposited just £10 which rapidly turned into £900, so made a withdrawal and customer service was there 24/7 to support any issues with immediate responses. You need to ignore the negative reviews about high bonus wagering, this is free play money if you want real money deposits some cash like I' did! I'm awaiting my money but I'm sure it will be here soon! Highly recommend
