“Never trust this website absolute rubbish even charge you to withdraw honestly not good”

Hi joe I asked CS to let me know what has happened: Customer complained about having to send ID. He then sent it in and it was approved. He then complained about the withdrawal fee and also how the rewards work. He also asked for a manager to call and I tried yesterday and again this morning and he doesn’t answer. He has withdrawn his deposit which was issued yesterday. He has been given the correct advice but just doesn’t like the responses and therefore says he has been scammed. Hmmmm.... We can appreciate that not everyone is happy with the way things are or how we choose to operate - but lets be fair and leave accurate reviews please. Its got nothing to do with trust - and you're entitled not to like something .... Thanks and good luck. The Phone Casino

“Was abit wary about the casino at first due to a failed withdrawal attempt but can't fault this casino, withdrawal was in my account soon as it was processed. Verified my documents almost instantly. Very realible casino.”

“This used to be one of best casinos out there. Suddenly they got very "defensive", they stopped paying money out. Literally I have been using Small Screen for long time and never ever had a single issue. Now suddenly you want to withdraw money and it all feels like a scam. For years they took and withdraw money, now they want you to join video call with them? They will go down shortly, numerous disputes with IBAS and joint complaint and call for investigation raised with UKGC”

“Joined up deposited a pound they gave me a pound free played snakes and ladders won £21 I had to deposit £10 to withdraw the £21 witch I thought was strange I was charged £1 fee for withdrawing money arrived in my bank next day not a bad experience but just an odd feeling how they do stuff felt like a scam but everything was good in the end I had no problem with my documents overall I just wish it could feel like the top gaming sites ladbrooks coral etc where you don’t get charged and everything feels safe but it just didn’t I don’t think I’ll use the site again the terms and conditions seem strange but as I say my experience wasn’t as bad as some people’s”
