“Was a bit unsure when I seen phone casino pop up on Facebook as it wasn’t one I had heard off before but I love the site and games, only been playing a few days and won over £100. Like others have mentioned the only downside is the withdrawal time which hopefully in time will improve. The customer service team are very helpful and get back to you very quick Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is withdrawal time other than that love this site”

“It has a good variety of games also once you confirm all I'd my winnings were very quick, the reason why I've not gave you 5 stars is because of your £2.50 fee on every deposit made which is less more chance of winning which I'm sure would put people of in depositing but all in all fairly good experience”

“I love this site!! Only been playing for a few weeks and won 10 pound on Mr Wonga! I managed to get it up to 300 and withdrawn the money however I am still waiting for funds to go through in my bank so we will see but overall definitely one of the best sites I’ve played on over the years.”

“I’ve played just about every online casino under the sun and I really like the look of the phone casino but to date I’ve only played using the bonus free spins. The reason I haven’t made a deposit to date is due to the same problem I have on a lot of sites the requirement for photo ID in order to make a withdrawal. I know I am in the company of a very select few, but I have NO form of photo ID as I have the old style paper driving licence which I’m in no hurry to change and I have no passport as I have no intention of travelling abroad. If there is a way past this I would be more than willing to make my first deposit and get involved on the site.”

“This casino is really easy to use in nearly all aspects. Adding credit, withdrawing funds, free game play and choice of games. Being able to top up by just £5 if you want a little flutter is good as is the ability to top up from your phone. The only down side is that if you're playing via a mobile - and lets face it, its called 'The phone casino' - it can crash quite often, usually when you hit a biggish win. It always goes back to where it was before the crash on reload but it takes away from the enjoyment of the game and the excitement of the win. Even so I would still recommend this site to my friends.”

“i really like The Phone Casino for it contains alot of the slots i like to play from my favourite provider software....some very well known providers do not feature really such as NETENT which blows away it's slot variety pull factor because of missing favourites like Starburst etc. Stand out feature would have to be the daily tournament slot exclusive to The Phone Casino where every ticket gives each player 50-100 spins on the slotand the highest scorers earn real money cash prizes every day and paid next day ranging from £1-£100. Recommend that the Deposit By Mobile Bill feature tailors to more providers and not just the BOKU pay by mobile providers [but they do not affiliate with BOKU for this feature from their site although i think this is the case :-)...]”

Bryan Many thanks for your very comprehensive review. If I may reply back to you on a few things: 1. NETENT - we'd love to integrate their games but the cost of integrating is too high and also the licenses for their games the same, that's why other casinos promote their games so much because they have to recover the costs they incurred. It certainly gives the impression that they offer better games . We believe, that the providers we offer (also some of the biggest in the world and with more are coming), offer just as much choice and great games but we accept that on a straight comparison we don't offer NETENT games at this moment. 2. The pay by mobile limitations are really down to the mobile networks themselves. It sounds silly but after all these years, commercially its not possible to offer this option to Virgin and Vodafone customers because the mobile networks systems are (putting it plainly) ... rubbish and too expensive to use. As a smaller business ( comparatively to the big brands) we have to be more innovative and try to find better solutions. So whilst we do our best, we accept that there is lots more that we can do to make your experience better and we are working on that daily :-) Thank you again Kind regards The Phone Casino

“Hi think this casino really is a lot of fun winning seem to be fair aswell the only issues I have is withdraws and the history on my account it doesn’t show so like now I have made a withdrawal to my back account and it just does not show on my casino account so I have no traceability once I have clicked confirm I raised the issue the first time and it was quickly resolved but just a shame it’s happened again and I am not sure why ? But I will be a customer love the games ...well done”

“I like the daily free spins, won £50 and £20 doing them and from another £2 I won from the free spins I went on to win £40 on another slot :) It took me a while to trust the phone casino because I am always dubious with a company I’ve never heard of before, but withdrawals have been paid and I like that the daily spins prizes have no wagering requirements! The only issue I have, which is a biggie! Is the maximum withdrawal of 3x per month. This is ridiculously low, and to charge £10 per withdrawal after the first 3 is very very high. I understand it causes issues when people are withdrawing small amounts too frequently but the current restrictions are too harsh. It has in fact prevented me from depositing because I only bet low so if I do have a win it will only be small so that £10 charge is quite a chunk of my potential winnings. Maybe do 2x a week limit rather than 3x a month? And after charge a smaller amount to withdraw? Like £3 like another site charge? You may find that more people will be prepared to deposit and play on your site then :)”

We have listened to your comments and those of previous reviews and we have increased the number of free withdrawals to 5 free per month. Just so that you know, its not a money making tool for us, in deed, last month the charge was only applied to 5 people who had done over 50 withdrawals each in the month for very small amounts. Anyhow, the change will be made in the next 7 days when thetechies have done all the relevant checks and changes.
