Hi Neil Thank you for your comments. Your comments are noted and just to let you know, we are building a new and improved interface with integrated rewards system. We hope to have this ready before Christmas, but as you can appreciate sometimes technology launches can lag behind a little. We are conscious that we can improve - as always - especially with customer feedback. We also hope that our rewards are fairer than all other casinos out there because we offer no play-through or wagering on our rewards and what we give away is real money free spins when you make a deposit using our offers and promotions page. For the time being we are adding in new suppliers so the variety of free spins will increase and as and when we can get the new interface to you guys we will. Hi Emma Your 100 free spins are on Mr Wong’s at the base of the logged in lobby. You’ll see your tickets to the free spins in there every day. “I like the everyday free spins and the choice of games is good, I have a lot of favourites already, although there are some issues both with web version and mobile app. That little "i" letter in bottom right corner of a game thumbnail rarely works when I click it, instead it takes me back to home screen, so it is very hard to add games to favourites, so far I only managed to add one. Another thing, some games are bigger than the screen, again both online and in app, no matter if it's portrait or landscape... So it all needs some fixes and polishing, but it is fun and enjoyable way of spending time. Thanks”
