Hi Stacey Thank you so much for your review we really appreciate your feedback. One comment we didn't understand is, "it takes money from your contract, which isn't good" - in answer this - You must have, logged in using our secure process, selected cashier and then selected "pay by mobile". If you select that option we ask your mobile network to check either i) if you have enough pre-pay credit or ii) as in your case, if you are a contract customer that have no restrictions on your mobile account. At that point if you press the "Submit" button after choosing a deposit amount, we have to make a billing request somewhere. In the case of mobile billing it gets billed or deducted directly to your phone. You are sent a free SMS billing receipt as well to confirm this process. “The range of games is very good...graphics are smooth and gameplay seems very fair. I do however have 2 issues...the first is that i find having to pay £10 to withdraw, after 3 withdrawals in a calender month, excessive to say the least. Not sure why this is policy... The second is, on the main list of slots, there is a mistake with one of the games. The icon shows "plenty on twenty" (a slot that i am already familiar with) but in actual fact, the slot loads to a game called " horn of plenty". It even says so in the description. Either the icon or game needs updating to the correct one. Other than these 2 issues, the rest of the site, so far, is great. Thanks Alasdair doughty”

Many thanks for your feedback. The short answer is that most of the exclusive games do not have sound in them but pretty much, all the other games do have sound. In most of these games (and it varies slightly from supplier to supplier), sound can be accessed either by locating a speaker icon on the same page as the main game or in the menu function.
