“Great casino love all the games but the only down fall is that I made a withdrawal yesterday of £150 at around 12ish and I changed the amount to £80 this morning. So all I’ve done is change the amount & im still waiting over 24 hours later to get this withdrawal processed. It really shouldn’t matter if you change the amount at all, the time frame should be the same from the first withdrawal. Apart from this good casino but there’s a lot more casinos that pay out a lot faster”

Hey Judith Thank you for your review. I'm afraid its a necessary pert of having a UK Licence, that reputable e-gaming operators must "Know Your Customer" (KYC). As much as possible, we do this electronically in the background based on information you supply as part of the registration, but there are instances where we have to upgrade our knowledge of you and your identity. If anything, you could argue that if an reputable operator is not asking you for updated ID docs,then why not? We all have the same requirements and the Gambling Commission do check that we have the right ID and know our customers ID as well as personal circumstances for social responsibility reasons. “The app is easy to use and there are great games available with frequent offers and bonuses. My only criticism is occasionally the app crashes or freezes when trying to load so I have to close it down and re-open it, but otherwise its a great little app.”
