Hi Karl All the games we offer (as with any other regulated casino) are independently tested and approved to UK Gambling Commission guidelines and standards before we are allowed to offer them to the public. That means that the games perform and operate correctly according to their design. That said, some games offer smaller wins more often a and other games offer bigger wins but less often This is depends on the game volatility. I think that’s a bit harsh to be fair. We offer all the same sorts of games that other UK casinos offer as well as our own exclusively designed games. We don’t offer ALL the same games on purpose because otherwise there would be no choice / point of differentiation and frankly speaking some game providers have games that don’t play to our own required standards and offer poor value to the consumer. “Second time withdrawing from this site. It’s just too slow, my winnings have been sat in my account since yesterday nearly 24 hours later & they still haven’t processed! This really needs changing, 24 hours later & my withdrawal is still sat in my account, apart from this very good site, and very polite! Just the withdrawal is terrible. I believe 12 hours is enough time to process the withdrawals. I don’t know how much longer I’ll have to wait for this withdrawal to be processed. Will write another review on the withdrawal being processed n how long, to let all other customers know before they deposit money”

Hi Donna Many thanks for your review. We have been looking very closely at the load sequences of the games. Where we can make improvements we do try but quite a lot of the games are from suppliers and we have to connect to them before delivering the games to you so unfortunately, completely outwith our control, we do sometimes experience issues with games loading because of our reliance on the suppliers. It doesn't help that we all expect things to load first time and super quick and I know from my personal experience that sometimes the mobile or WiFi signals might drop or be interrupted for no reason, which in turn causes connection issues. We are however, looking at ways where we can improve the experience overall. So that's a promise from us to try harder where we can. Have a great week. Kind regards The Phone Casino
