“I had to wait 2 weeks after the promised delivery date as the Pens were not instock, The Pen Company never communicated this until I contacted them to chase, and after 2 attemps then managed to expedite the pens to give me an ETA, Also the Colour of the Pens were Darker than the images on the Website as I ordered Red Pens, the colour I received is more like Burgundy which is not what I expected but I have no time left to waste as these are for a promotion so we have to live with what we have for now.”

“Fast delivery and smooth transaction BUT no mention of the price is to high to avoid EU tax. So payed almost double for my pen in the end. Will be very careful buying anything from a UK storage again.”

“My order took so long to come that I had actually forgotten about it. I was eventually contacted to say order was ready to despatch if I still wanted it. To be fair, payment was not taken until order dispatched.”

“I ordered a supply of ink cartridges which took forever to arrive. The PC weren't at fault, as there was an understandable supply chain issue. They were polite when I called to chase the order. The cartridges arrived soon after and I learnt that if you have a way of replenishing old cartridges with bottled ink, it works fine!”

“Hi. The black refills arrived quickly but I am still to receive the blue refills and haven't been contacted to say when to expect them. The good news is that you haven't charged me for the blue ones yet!”

“I purchased three Schneider Topball 850 refills recently, and The Pen Company dispatched them promptly and I received them in good time, and they were as ordered. However, the refills were supposed to be 0.5mm and they write much thicker than that, unfortunately. Not the company's fault, but I would order from The Pen Company again. DR.”

“I ordered 2 sets of refills for my pen and my wifes pen and the 5 refilling I got was great just like what I had in it but the 5 ingot my wife was poor quality with 3 of the 5 not working and what was more annoying was mine cost less than £5 and my wifes was £10. I think I will only buy when I can see 2that I'm paying for.”

“The 3 Stars are an average between the 5 stars for what concerns the shipping and the communication and the 1 star for the product itselfs. Seriously, DON'T buy the Schmidt 9000M. After neither 6 pages the refill starts to write in a dicontinous way and it's very difficult to write with it. I've used two out of the six refils that I've bought. The first one starts to write in a discontinous way as you can see in the image. For the second one I've wrote more or less 5 full pages and it starts to write bad. I hope that the remaining 4 will be better but I have some doubts.”

“I ordered this item as I thought it would fit an everyday standard pencil, as I keep losing mine whilst golfing. Nobody's fault really, but when the item arrived I could almost fit two pencils in the clip. So if like me your looking for a clip to fit a pencil this one is to big”

These Kaweco clips are specifically made to fit their Sport series of pens and mechanical pencils (as advertised). If the clip is of no use to you, please feel free to return this to us for a refund. Kind regards, James

“Despite the fact that the web page is fast and efficient and the billing and shipping notifications are very prompt, the order was placed on the 24/11 and the goods arrived today, 12/12, it took them 18 days from UK to Greece, which is far too long. Get better on shipment and you will get top score next time...”

Hello Konstantinos, Many thanks for your feedback. You selected "standard" Airmail as the delivery option for your order - this is our economy service. We also offer delivery via Tracked Airmail, which, typically takes 4-6 days for delivery in Greece and via DHL Express, which takes 1 working day to mainland Greece and a day or two longer to some Greek Islands. If you require faster delivery on future orders we would recommend "upgrading" to an alternative shipment method. Kind regards, James

“I was happy with the website experience and delivery. I am disappointed with the engraving. I had initials engraved for free, which is a great offering, but sadly in my opinion the pen probably shouldn't have been offered for engraving as the pen was not suitable for it. Ultimately I feel it has devalued the look of the pen, which is unfortunate. I would be more careful in future.”

“My pen arrived in pristine condition, the only two minor issues were: first, not having the authorized dealer signature for the warranty. Second, delivery time but it is understandable given the journey over to the states. Otherwise it feels perfect. So yes great job with package protection and item descriptions, I got exactly what I was looking for. Love the engraving also.”

This service almost always arrives the next working day - apologies that this was not the case in this instance.
