“Pen arrived with inscription the day after I'd ordered it. It looks very nice indeed, bought as a present so I can't comment yet on the quality, but customer reviews of the pen rate it highly. I would definitely use this company again.”

“The delivery time was much faster than I expected, the engraving of the pen was beautifully done and they were able to customise it to my requested placement. It will make a beautiful Christmas present for its intended recipient”

“My online order was picked up very quickly, prompting a phone call to advise me the description of the pen I'd ordered had changed (the clip having been upgraded), with an apology for the website pictures being out of date, to check I was happy to proceed. Having confirmed I'd like to go ahead, the pen arrived a couple of days later, beautifully packaged. I'm very impressed, both with the item I ordered and the service I received. Thank you.”

“Searching the internet I could not find the Paperblanks diary in the size that I wanted. After a search of The Pen Company I found it. Living in the USA I thought the diary would take 15 days or more to arrive. It didn't. I received the diary, in good condition, in half the time. Thanks for your wonderful service.”
