“Hi Pen Co. Very pleased with the Cross Pens I got. You guys had done a great job with the engraving, and the goods were delivered in record time. I would give a five but, the font options on the engraving is a bit limited, you might want to improve on that. Cheers”

“Selection was excellent and the prices were competitive. Part delivery was unexpected and there was no indication on the paperwork that the balance was to follow. However, a quick call and this was clarified. I loved the fact that there was the opportunity to contact a knowledgeable and helpful team member. I will definitely be using The Pen Company again.”

“I was looking for a Paperblanks calendar and the one that I wanted was out of stock at the Paperblanks shop but fortunately The Pen Company sells Paperblanks calendars too. There was no problems with the delivery and the customer service was friendly.”

“The pen I ordered was exactly the colour I needed, though I was hoping it would take a day or two (as indicated) to arrive just in time for my art fair, but maybe the service isn't available on Saturdays. Very easy transaction nonetheless. Thank you”

We also offer delivery via DHL Worldwide Express - this service typically would see an order delivered in Australia in 2/3 working days. For more urgent orders this option may be more suitable. “The pen I received is very nice and the engraved message made it a lovely and elegant present. The only little problem is the that the tracking of the shipment was not perfect after the package left the UK and came in Germany, where I leave. Anyway, it arrived in time and optimal conditions.”
