“Faster shipping to AU would be appreciated”

Hello Max, Thank you for your feedback. The shipping option chosen for your order was Tracked Airmail. We also offer delivery via DHL Worldwide Express - this service typically would see an order delivered in Australia in 2/3 working days. For more urgent orders this option may be more suitable. “The pen I received is very nice and the engraved message made it a lovely and elegant present. The only little problem is the that the tracking of the shipment was not perfect after the package left the UK and came in Germany, where I leave. Anyway, it arrived in time and optimal conditions.”

“Lovely item, my only negative would be that the website isn't very easy if you want a specific item the filters are very limited. Also the sizing should be A5, A6 ect as having small, medium and large isn't very practical.”

“Ordered a 2019 Diary from here, however, I did find it slightly expensive. I have also purchased a diary from here before and it was a similar price. Overall, I would most probably use the shop again as I like the idea of it being family run.”

“Postal service good and the company kept updating the tracking of the parcel. Would like to view a better selection of diaries next year. As a customer of over 13 years of Paperblank diaries the designs are repetitive.”

“I bought the Pen as a present for a relative who works on Computers. He has not received it yet but it looks smart and I particularly like the personalisation of his name on the barrel. I was originally just looking for a smart pen , but this feature of being able to write on screens as well as normally sold it to me.”
