“The delivery took a bit longer than I expected from the comment of first class delivery but overall happy with the product and service and also the speed of response when I double checked why I hadn’t received the order. Will certainly use them again, great company!”

“Overall I was satisfied with my order and delivery. Yet, the only disappointment was with the quality/colour of engraving on my ordered fountain pen. If I knew earlier about the outcome I would order it without any engraving.”

“My order arrived in good condition. Service was prompt and I am happy that The Pen Company carries the ST Dupont Pen Refill hat I have been looking for. The pen was a gift from my Father and now I am able to make use of it.”

“I've had consistent good service from The Pen Company. My only concern this year was that I wasn't able to get my preferred design of diary. (The flap over variety in the size and design I wanted. I don't really like the elastic band design.......It's certainly not as smart or robust as the flap over design.)”

“The website is very easy to navigate and the turnaround was very quick. I bought the the pen for a gift so I’m not sure on the quality yet but I’m sure it will be fine as the brand is very good. Also the free engraving also looks great. Worth going for.”

“The tracking information of item after it is received in India was nil and the item was received without even 'out for delivery' intimation. This needs to be improved. The item receipt was very fast and is fully satisfactory.”

“Pen was shipped July 22 and has arrived today Aug 12. Packages shipped from UK transit through Canada Post customs in Ontario and 2 to 3 weeks is normal. I got the pen for an 8 year old grandson and think he will be thrilled with the colour and size of the pen in addition to its 4 ink colours. I am totally satisfied with the product and the service.”
