Like wallpaper, all our panels are manufactured with batch numbers which means there might be a slight colour variation. Due to the significant time between both orders unfortunately, it looks like we may have changed batches within this time. “Excellent service!!!! What more can I say We ordered 2 panels then realized we needed 1 more to be told it’s no longer available, I got a call from a lovely man in the office who offered us to choose another colour and they would swap them and send all 3 extra quick , and he did exactly that . Would definitely recommend to everyone Brilliant!!!! Thank you”

“Couldn’t fault products I had ,just wish they would get in touch to let you know when your order would be delivered I had a text the evening before my delivery I was at work so my delivery was left by my side gate luckily it was still there and it didn’t rain”

“I ordered x3 shower panels from The Panel Company. They arrived, well packaged and dropped off by their own team. The panels look even better in real life than on the photos. They are stronger than they look yet I was pleasantly surprised at how effortless they were to cut to size with a normal handsaw. I had to order some extra sealant but upon arrival the delivery driver was embarrassed to tell me that the warehouse had only sent two tubes as opposed to three as ordered. He told me that he would get on the phone to get it sorted out. I had only just closed the door and sat down when a manager from the panel company phoned me to apologise. I advised him that not only had two been sent, but they had sent clear as opposed to white. He didn’t quibble for a second. Instant refund for the full amount, told I could keep x2 sealant. True to his work the refund invoice was sent through immediately. In short, panels excellent. Slight issue with some sealant which highlighted some excellent customer service. I will absolutely be using The Panel Company for my next project.”

“So refreshing to find a helpful, cheery, accommodating customer service at a company we had not used before. Dee confirmed my calculations, sorted the order, advised the correct trims even when I changed my mind to half/half (as per photos) - we will use the excess wall panels for our wc! The panels are so easy to clean, reflect the light (we used white shower panels, white top wall panels and subtle grey bottom wall panels) and easy to cut and apply. Quite an inspiration to be able to apply over our old tiles and such a time saver! I have already passed our samples on to builder friends and highly recommend The Panel Company for their products and excellent customer service - thank you all, especially Dee!”
