“I ordered the wrong wallboard but didn't realise it until the board was delivered. I needed to return the board and order the correct board for delivery. The process was made quite painless with e mail instructions from Millie in the Rotherham office. Both Millie and the young delivery driver from Dartford who came on both occasions are a credit to the company. I am extremely happy with the product, price, and the information of its delivery date. Well done, The Panel Company.”

“Excellent service. First class help and information from staff in Gateshead. Panels wer of good quality and at a great price. Delivery was free and I was kept well informed as to delivery time by the driver. One thing to be aware of. Delivery is only to the door. I live on the top floor of a three story block. The panels were too long to go into the lift so I, a 76 year old, had to carry the panels up three flights of stairs. Had I been made aware of the doorstep delivery policy, I would have arranged to have help waiting. Just a heads up if you live in an apartment.”

“I love my new bathroom, thanks to the panels they look very well put together. I originally chose another pattern which was out of stock and customer service quickly helped proceeded with the switch to another style so the project could still be completed on time. Everyone who came have a look at the completed look praised about the pragmatism of panels - it is easy to clean and all the suction hooks work well with the surface.”

“Product was good. However delivery date was decided by The Panel Company without consultation (I was out on decided day) and if it was changed delivery date slipped which wasn't a option. Given I wasn't in I requested product delivered to safe location. This wasn't followed. The delivery was 1 unit short 6 out of 7.”

“Panels went on easily but not a lot of room for movement as the silicone grabbed very quickly We learnt a lesson as not carpenters that we should have ensured the walls skirting etc were not running out We probably should have put a straight line then trimmed at bottom We ended up with the panels being higher as picture We are getting someone to trim top with a laazer line and saw”
