“The quality of the sparkle board was excellent along with the trim and adhesive. I found the advice and order I placed by phone was both accurate and helpful. The delivery process was informative and my goods arrived as stated in the email both on time and without damage. I would fully recommend this company. I used the Rotherham outlet. Rob”

“Absolutely no issues with the panels and they look great but the delivery was poor. I checked the delivery on the phone as we had been waiting a while, was assured they were arriving in two days, they did not. No communication or apology, when I spoke with customer service they said a manger would call, they did not. Panels arrived 5 days after the expected date, I had to pay my builder for two days to do nothing.”

“Excellent product. Incredibly easy to work with and looks fantastic. Delivery isn’t the fastest but they do let you know when the delivery will take place which is within the 1 hour time slot that the give you the day before.”

“brilliant customer service, thank you. Firstly the panels we bought were really good value for money and great quality - we looked at B&Q, but these were much cheaper. Unfortunately when they arrived the panels were damaged, but I called The Panel Company straight up and they immediately arranged a pickup and swap, which happened the next day. This totally exceeded my expectations, and allowed us to to get on with the bathroom, thank you”
