Order placed 30/1/2024, eight days later no contact regarding delivery date so as advised I contacted Bristol. They called back within the hour to advise that delivery is direct from the manufacturer, and I was given a delivery date for a further eight days later 16/02/2024. I replied and asked why, if a delivery date could be arranged with the manufacturer within an hour, why was it not done straight away when I placed the order, instead of keeping me waiting for eight days, and then me having to chase it up. Delivery was made on that day, but as I had already suspected, not by someone from the manufacturer, but by a panel company driver. I emailed a complaint and received a response stating that this would be passed up the line to higher management who would investigate and either call or email their response. As of todays date 29/03/2024 I have heard nothing I assume that their investigation is being done so methodical and in depth that it is taking this long ?, or could it be that they have washed their hands of it ?? Won't hold my breath for a response anytime soon. Disgraceful customer service.
