“Order from here as price seemed good and they were based locally. Item seems good quality Vs price. My only gripe is that we never received a call or notification prior to delivery. My only notification was that it had been delivered. Yup just left outside. Luckily I was to bring in, but not everybody could + bonus it wasn't raining!!”

We sincerely apologise that you did not receive a delivery update, as you should have received a text message the day before your delivery with a time slot. In some cases, our delivery drivers will leave parcels if they deem it safe to do so. This is to prevent the need for rescheduling a delivery and delaying our customers' parcel arrivals. “I used the natural oak panels for a project to box out a very dated stone chimney breast, and awesome product to use although an external corner moulding would have made the hole much easier on the brain , a very good product to cut and work with and the finish is awesome”

“Took over 4 weeks to deliver. The tounge on the panels are really rough and the quality is not brilliant. Customer service was awful nobody really cares. We will call you back, never happens”

“I was a bit apprehensive ordering as a Scottish customer as all outlets are in England and previous reviews regarding notification of delivery were not too good but i took the chance to benefit from new years sale and Im so glad i did. The product itself is fabulous. The circuit notification system for delivery is top notch. I was notified within a day of purchase the estimated delivery date , then the anticipated time, and on the day I could track the drivers progress via a map. Predicted time was very accurate. Driver was very courteous. TY so much panel company. One very happy customer!”

“After placing our first order with The Panel Company, we were very impressed with the speed of delivery and the quality of the product. We decided to order again soon after but sadly the wrong product was sent. When I alerted the company, David (at the Huddersfield Branch) quickly resolved the error and sent the correct product to us. He was apologetic, understanding and professional and I was very impressed. Thank you!”

“Bought a sample to see if it was a product I could work with. The product eventually turned up, and it was chipped from where it had been cut, probably by a blunt circular saw blade. If the company cares so little about the quality of its samples, then they're not a business I will be spending my money with. I recommend you order a sample for yourself before committing to a hundreds or thousands order, so you know the quality you're going to get. There are, after all, many other tile suppliers.”

Great pride is taken in our sample production, with a large department dedicated to ensuring they meet the highest possible standard. The Royal Mail postage service is used for samples, and unfortunately, we cannot control any damage that may occur during transit Please know that, aside from samples, we do not rely on third-party couriers and have our own fleet of delivery vans and drivers.
