“Great quality panels at a great price compared to most others available on the market, completely transformed my bathroom. Really quick delivery and organised around what worked for me. Huge thank you to Gaz Headley at the Bristol Branch, i had amazing customer service from my first visit to the showroom all the way through to delivery and after support and advice for fitting. He was a huge help and quick to answer any questions I had and went the extra mile with customer service”

“Good quality panels and quick delivery. 1 panel was damaged but I could still use it after cutting so I haven't changed it even given opportunity to do it up to 30 days after delivery”

“Delivered the wrong items. Made me wait a week for collection. Staff argued saying drivers don't want to divert off their route to do 1 job 200 miles away. Then he argued again saying drivers have to stick to the route planned. No thought for people expecting collection returns and new delivery around work commitments. Rude staff from Dorking office. After lots of e mails, arguments and demands , I got the 2 panels collected from my front lawn as the driver was 2 hours later than scheduled. Rubbish service. Had my refund. Had a random apology from an assistant manager. Not good enough. Won't recommend or shop here again.”

“We installed these panels in a shower room two years ago and they still look good as new. Easy to install, saves a lot of plastering and tiling and look good, so we’re doing another room with them now.”

“Fantastic all round. I ordered the panels on Sunday 5th Jan and they were delivered to me on Weds 8th Jan, recieved much quicker than I anticipated. They look amazing in my salon such good value for money, they have helped soften the echoing sounds within the salon too.”

“Don’t deliver in the time frame they say they will. Also said on website if we do collection it will be ready within 2-4 days but it’s been nearly 2 weeks and still not ready to collect. Won’t be ordering from here again”
