“My order wasn't sent to the factory so I had to have a alternative which was OK fortunately, then my order was left on the door step 25 minutes before the delivery time which was early morning luckily I live in a decent area or my delivery could have been taken. I also didn't receive a phone call or text I wasn't happy at all. Lucky, I haven't given a 1 star”

Hi Scott, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. In situations where no one is present at the delivery address, our driver will call the phone number provided on the order. If they deem it safe, they may leave the goods in order to avoid any delays and the need for a rescheduled delivery which may result in an extended wait. “I did a price match and they came in just under my quote. I then noticed they had omitted an item. I asked about the item which they then added it to the price making it more expensive. I couldn't be bothered to quibble so i paid and awaited delivery. 2 of the 4 panels ordered were damaged, one had a hole right through it. It then took 5 days for them to replace them. It's an anytime all day delivery system too.”

“Great product, we installed the panels in our en-suite, then we decided to install panels in our bathroom also. Unfortunately one of the panels delivered was incorrect, a different colour. The Customer service apologised, and sent a replacement (correct) panel within 2 days. Great communication & service”

“Recently bought panels for a small project prices are very good service even better,ordered on line but needed slight addition telephone the company staff very helpful delivery driver carried the panels into garage again very helpful kept me informed. Would highly recommend them Fist Class.”
