“Ordering and delivery was excellent, when I forgot to add some trims it was no problem to add to my order to avoid extra delivery charge. The panels however did not butt up seamlessly despite the plumbers attempts to join them with no gap. See attached photo.”

“I bought these twice. Firstly for my daughter's porch ceiling and for a splash back in the church's meeting room. Then for the splashbacks under the toilet airdriers and to extend the splash back of the meeting room.”

“Great panels at a great price, they did get damaged by the delivery company ant the ends of the boards but this was cut off so it didn’t impact the fitting.”

“These are high-quality panels and the company offer a good service. I would’ve given five stars however there was a slight delay in receiving my order due to stock and I ended up having to chase up their response to my inquiry was very quick and the delivery and tracking information is excellent.”

“Very pleased with product. Order arrived on time and undamaged. Panels are beautiful and love the way they slot into each other and no seams showing. Had some previously before I started purchasing from The Panel Company but was very unhappy as the panels did not slot into each other very well and consequently left seams showing which spoilt the whole decor and had to redo the room all over again but these from the Panel Company are wonderful. I wanted to purchase more of the same kind but sadly sold out now.”

“From the minute I ordered the customer service was amazing. I had an isssue with my order and when I emailed about it they were very reassuring and helped me solve it. Once solved the delivery date changed and they managed to move it back to the original date. The delivery driver was also very kind and helpful. 10/10”

“We found The Panel Comopany on the internet.Being local we popped along tomthier Dartford store. Showroom had ample samples and the guy on the showroom was more than helpful. I then had further queries via email and the reponse was instant. Awaiting to install but at the moment superb quality, price and customer service.”

“The Panel company were recommended to me by the company doing my bathroom. I’d just like to say what a great company. My delivery had a panel damaged on delivery, contacted them and was sorted within the hour, then on opening the boxes of panels once work stated a week or two to find another one damaged, again contacted them and replacement ordered. Would definitely recommend them myself and would use again, top notch customer service unlike the bathroom company I used.”
