“Thanks to Neil & James for there great service, there was a minor hiccup with my panels i ordered but one phone call and this was sorted the same day and new ones delivered the very next day (wich i was not expecting under the current covid circumstances), quality was over and above my expectations given the price i paid for them, i will be re ordering more for my daughters ceilings who are so impressed with my finished ceiling they both want theres done, would recommend the panel company to to anyone. Charlie Newcastle upon tyne.”

“I had a problem with the original delivery (badly damaged during transit), I phoned up and spoke to Neil at 15.00. He asked for photos of the damage to my order, to be emailed over.I had the replacement ones delivered at 12.30 the next day. What an absolute pleasure to deal with this company and would highly recommend them. Neil is a credit to the staff of this company.”

“Atrocious service. Original order was (allegedly) lost by courier. After numerous mails I was told a replacement order would be with me on the 7th of May. No sign of items. Eventually I have secured a refund after originally being told a refund would only be paid once boards were delivered and returned. Do not deal with this company. Apalling.”

“My husband is a builder and he said that this is one of the best firms that he has delt with. Service is unbelievable, one phone call and that's that. We can not fault it. The delivery is very quick. The panels are great. This is a fantastic way to do your bathroom over. Most diy'ers could do this in a day. Recommend getting samples.”

“In these crazy times, the amazing customer service team were incredibly helpful, really knowledgeable, bent over backwards to get an urgent order out of the door and made absolutely sure I was getting exactly what I needed without any mistakes. Totally faultless - and all of this on a weekend! Products were so well priced and all I could need in one site to get a complete job done.”

“I don’t normally provide reviews but had to with this product and service 1. Called the company and they helped me order all the correct parts- very very helpful 2. Ordered shower panels and ceiling panels the quality and the finish is exceptional 3. Had a couple of panels damaged in the delivery- call the guys replacements sent out so quickly no fuss whatsoever I work for a very focused service delivery based company and really do appreciate the start to finish experience and these guys certainly nailed it with this customer experience Hope you continue to grow Many Thanks Matt”

“Very disappointing from the moment I made my order. Delivery for which I paid an extra £12,50 didn't arrive for 3 weeks. No contact or explanation. Phone calls just switch to engaged after ring twice or just no reply. Emails and website totally ignored. When I did get hold of Harry Cross he promised to deliver and refund my delivery charge. Delivery arrived after i threatened to cancel order 3 weeks late costing me money cancelling the fitting. Was told the problem was mistakes in the warehouse and the rep actually said "not surprising as we have useless staff." Not a great confidence booster or advert for a company. When the panels arrived 3 were damaged. No contact when I complained. All I can say is use the panel company at your peril. Shocking customer service and I will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone.”

“Today I came into the showroom as recommended by a friend. I was impressed with the panels and the style's they had in the showroom as i am wanting my bathroom done soon. I spoke to the manager Neil about what i am looking for and he give me some advice on how much I would need and how it's installed. I am looking forward to using decor walls and flooring in my home in the near future thank you. Great customer service too.😊”

“First of all i want to say that the customer service was exceptional. Firstly i had made an error and then wanted to add more items. I spoke to Neil a few times and he corrected my mistake, added the new items and also chased up my delivery when i called up to ask about it as the new items arrived on time but my original order was late. He was very patient and got everything sorted. I can’t thank him enough. Mostly for putting my mind at ease and noticing the error i had made on my first order. Things could have been very stressful if not for him. The panels i ordered look great. I am very pleased with the finish and they were a great price. 😁”

“Absolutely ecstatic with my new bathroom thanks to these guys. Ordered Monday and delivered spot on on Thursday in time for my fitter. It looks amazing. I can’t fault the service from The Panel Company, from the first phone call they gave me the help and advice I needed right through to the follow up after delivery.
