Very disappointing from the moment I made my order. Delivery for which I paid an extra £12,50 didn't arrive for 3 weeks. No contact or explanation. Phone calls just switch to engaged after ring twice or just no reply. Emails and website totally ignored. When I did get hold of Harry Cross he promised to deliver and refund my delivery charge. Delivery arrived after i threatened to cancel order 3 weeks late costing me money cancelling the fitting. Was told the problem was mistakes in the warehouse and the rep actually said "not surprising as we have useless staff." Not a great confidence booster or advert for a company. When the panels arrived 3 were damaged. No contact when I complained. All I can say is use the panel company at your peril. Shocking customer service and I will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone.
