“Ordered a lovely bed frame...delivered on time, easy to assemble and is sturdy and looks awesome. Great product, great price. Only minor thing is that the delivery men wouldn't carry it upstairs...lazy me!!!”

“My experience with this company was a nightmare! Paid in advance customs duties and the company was correct refoundind me immediatly Paid a second time other customs duties for replacement of a damaged part of the bed.Company was fast in replacing the part but did not refound any duties.Dear Obc beds you lose more than 8 costumers here in Italy.”

Mr Hanna, We are sorry that you had a bad experience with us. Unfortunately, there was some damage during transit and we have of course taken liability for the damage and replaced the necessary parts. Our courier did not have the facility for us to pay the import duty but as you have mentioned we have reimbursed the amount that you paid. I have spoken to my colleagues and they are in the process of reimbursing the import duty you had to pay for the replacements parts as well. Please do bear with us for a couple of days to get this processed. We do appreciate your feedback and of course will strive to do better. “Hello, We bought the Solomon bed a few weeks ago. It arrived only a few days ago and i can not stop talking about how wonderful this company (Elvyn) and the product is. Very nicely made to a high quality and simple to put together. Its a really sturdy bed, something which i am always dubious about with metal frames but i really had nothing to worry about. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and happy to help with any questions. I would certainly and have been recommending this fantastic company. Ten out of ten. Thank you. Amy”

“The delivery was prompt and the brass bed I bought is beautiful. It is extremely sturdy and looks beautiful in the room. I did not but your mattress as I wasn't sure how it would be but I recommend the bed to everyone.”

“I love my Original Bedstead beds! No complaints about the actual beds -- they're wonderful. The courier service in India is another story. Also, I hated the tool provided to put the beds together. The wrench is a black metal that stained my hands and everything it touched when used. A better quality tool would help.”

“Hello! I recently purchased Iron Bed (Edwardion) this January. I got this bed coloured in mine favourite colour at absolutely no extra cost. This bed is overall very impressive and strong but the slacks provided as the bottom support is not very reliable and tends to break. Anyone who is intending to purchase the bed from this company (strongly recommend to purchase from here) should get a ply board for a total support before you place your mattress.”

Hi Binay, I'm so sorry to hear you've had a problem with your slats. Our frame with the slats have been tested by FIRA according to BS1725 and should not break. We don't recommend using a ply board as the sprung slats add do add to the comfort of the bed. We would like to send someone in to rectify this issue for you. Thanks for the recommendation of our beds.

“We used the website to order the bedstead we wanted on a Sunday. However, next day it transpired that the available stock had already been ordered by others. The OBC quickly and efficiently identified alternatives and we ordered a replacement item. A delivery date was agreed and the bedstead was delivered on time and in perfect condition. This is the 2nd bedstead from the OBC we have bought and we are delighted with the products and the customer service we have received.”
