"I was very pleasantly surprised at the sheer quality of our bed; the build and materials. For the price this definitely exceeded expectations. \r\n\r\nOn top of that the matress is exceptionally comfortable, and the bed looks just fabulous!\r\n\r\nHighly recommended."

"The bed arrived earlier than I expected and was so well packaged and I was kept informed when delivery would be. The young lads who delivered it carried all the heavy boxes upstairs to the bedroom. All parts were there. I was able to put the bed together myself and I'm an older woman. Don't ask me how I did it but I had no one to help me at the time and I was determined to do it. I had been looking for a sturdy Victorian looking bed without those horrible centre supports and the original bed company offered the best value for money I could find for what I could afford. The bed frame feels very sturdy and should last me. I didn't buy a mattress from OBC (although I would have loved to as they looked good quality) as it would have been too expensive for me even with the \u00a3100 discount for buying bed and mattress together as it would have cost me an extra \u00a3100 to deliver the mattress on top of the \u00a3100 for the bed to be delivered to Northern Ireland. I sourced a new cheaper mattress locally to offset the delivery fee. I have one complaint that I haven't contacted OBC about and that is the rods at the bed ends wouldn't catch the thread in the brass rail. So I have kept them aside to try and get them to screw in when I have help to lift the bed because it was too much of an effort for me to try and look at it properly myself. I don't think that this would affect the sturdiness of the bed though. Yes I love my new bed and have had lots of compliments on it \ud83d\ude0a"

"Good communication both on the phone and by email, helpful and freindly staff that understood what we needed. Bed arrived on time and within promised timescales. Bed was packed extremely well, and arrived without damage. Bed is very sturdy, no wobbles or movement. Assembly was very easy with 2 people, less that 1hr and it was fully assembled, a hex key and small spanner is provided and is all you need, no special skills or tools required. Bed is comfortable and looks fantastic. (Hamilton low foot-end, satin black\/gold). Happy to recommend the service and the bed."
