“Lovely company to work with. I had very specific dates for delivery so contacted them by phone, where a helpful person checked my dates, guided me through how to order and how to formally requst times. They delivered in a 3 hour time-slot with plenty of useful communication. All that would be no use without a good product, but my bed is fabulous, so strong, solid and elegant. It is just like the website, and top quality. It has 2 height settings, and came extremely well packaged and with clear assembly instructions. It did suggest that 2 people assemble the bed, but I (60 year old female) managed without any 'flat-pack-furniture' rage. I was initially concerned that the material on the headboard might collect fluffy-dog fur, but that hasn't happened either. Couldn't have asked for better service, or a better bed.”

“I came across the Original Bed Company by chance and it was a stroke of good fortune. The bed we bought is of the highest quality, far exceeded our expectations and definitely vastly superior to the mass produced rubbish that seems the norm these days. The way it was packed spoken volumes regarding the quality, care and pride they take, it took me longer to unpack it than it did to put it together.”

“Fantastic looking frame and quality mattress. Packaging was very well done. The frame was easy to put together and was very sturdy when built with no movement or creaking. Delivery was within the period quoted and a 3 hour delivery window given the day prior delivery. Delighted with the product and service.”

“Purchased a bed around 17 years ago from this company. We had fantastic customer service and have now purchased the upgraded bed frame. It is extremely robust and it feels like a completely new bed! It is very refreshing to find a company with such a great product backed up with a supply of parts if needed. Much more sustainable for the environment and a great nights sleep!”

“I purchased the Solomon small double, with two additional drawers for my son. The quality of the bed and mattress is exceptional, the drawers are spacious. The instructions and fittings to put the bed together were easy to follow and the delivery was spot on. Our son is thrilled with his new bed and I must say this has been one of the best online purchases I have ever made. I fully recommend the orginal bed company to all potential buyers.”

“We are so pleased with our new Burley Slim bed. It was made to order but still arrived super quickly (two weeks), despite our original choice of fabric not being available. The company was very quick at offering suitable alternatives. It was easy to assemble and is really well built. From our first visit to the showroom the team have been very helpful and have kept us updated on the status of our order. We would definitely recommend OBC.”

“I bought 2 beds one king size and the other double for me and my son whom is disabled and he loves his bed ,I also love my king size one they are both good strong solid beds . I was aware of the wait time for them so it was no issue for me. I was kept updated of delivery date and time which was brilliant as did not have to wait in all day for a morning delivery Every thing was arranged prior and kept to. The 2 delivery man was also brilliant they called me to let me know that they was on their way and gave me a estimated time of arrival and they was spot on They were very friendly and polite and handled placing the delivery where I asked them to very careful On unpacking them to set them up I loved how the bed company had the exact colour I had chosen spot on my face was so so happy Setting up the beds was so so easy and I loved how the screws was attached to the beds all neatly I loved how the slats was all neatly packed . Wish I had found this company ages ago From purchasing the beds with your patience sales man as I am a bit of to and throw person to the delivery of beds I have no faults whatsoever. Thank you so so much .”

“Great speedy service from start to finish. Bed arrived well protected in the packaging, and quite easy to put together. Seems very sturdy ( its a guest bed) and will be revisiting the website when our other beds needs changing. Great value. Looks great and just what I had envisaged .”

“I have no complaints about this bed it’s fab. No creaking. Very sturdy. But I’m still able to move it from the wall so I can clean. The headboard is very tall which I really love. For the price I can’t believe how good it is”
